The stay and room were great . I happened to forget couple of my items which I called the facility about . Customer service is poor . I had to call 3 times one of them being 40 minutes on hold in which I gave up . Last phone call I made I was told they couldn’t locate them so there was 0 resolution and the person I talked to every time was bothered and rude .

No trash can in the bathroom. Ice bucket did not have plastic linear. Very little toilet paper. Room was not serviced daily. Trash was not emptied, bathroom/shower not cleaned. Beds not made, etc.

Checked in at 6 pm Called front desk right away. Were told they were calling manager. We asked to be moved to another room, since our room was not clean. Called them back at 8 and he said manager wasn’t answering phone and no housekeeping was on the property. We asked for different room and he said they were fully booked with only 14 cars in parking lot. We went online as though booking a room and the site said 5 rooms available. Problems: Dirty toilet Bathroom dirty Floor needed vacuum Furniture dirty with food spots and dust Tv remote didn’t work Doors all dirty Doors open when we came to room Bathroom dirty We did not get a call back or any resolution. We stayed in the room after we cleaned it ourselves. We felt as though the room had been started as it had clean linens and towels but was forgotten to be finished since the door was open when we arrived to room. Management made no attempt to resolve this.

Room confusion

No one at the front desk at any time. We always had to wait for someone to come out of the back. At check in I was given wrong customers paperwork since the desk clerk only asked for my last name. Then we were given a dirty room so I went back to the front desk to get a different room. Later that day somehow the door for the dirty room that we never stayed in locked so the hotel staff couldn't get into it. They called me and questioned if we had someone in that room even through they could check their own security cameras and see that I brought both keys for the dirty room back. Second room, pool area, and breakfast were fine, but I was really put off by the overall management of the hotel. Also, why am I getting numerous text messages about pre-check in if the hotel staff don't use it and ask for all the info when I arrive anyhow? Do they not know how to access it?

The room was very cold. Even turning up the heat, it did not work. It was very cold. There was never anyone at the front desk. No one to welcome you when you checked in. You had to call a phone to say you were there for someone to help you . And they were just hanging out in the back room. Coffee was pretty terrible too
