Wasnt worth $100 a night

Tv never worked the entire atay maintenance came in twice and it anever wirked he froze everytime 8 turned the channel at one point turned pink and stayed this way the remainder of the stay....all in all the front desk lady was really nice and tried to fix all of my complaints within in her control but had no luck

Staff was terrific…rooms need some TLC

The staff was excellent and did all they could to make my stay comfortable. Unfortunately my room was outdated and the small TV screen didn’t work. The courteous and diligent staff finally got it working. The AC unit sounds like a plane engine taking off as it was loud and continually turned on and off. I finally had to turn it completely off even though it was 80+ degrees the night I arrived.

Dirty! Horrible maintenance and cleanliness.

The two clerks at the front desk were the only thing that saved this stay. The young lady when I checked in was great and the gentleman during the evening was good as well. Both were friendly. I checked into the first room there were no blankets or sheets on the bed. There were covers but they were unfolded and in the window. There were folded sheets on the counter. It was hard to know if they were clean or not. I went back down to the front desk and informed the clerk. He went to laundry room and brought back clean sheets. I feel that when you pay for a room you shouldn't have to make a bed when you arrive. I went back to the room and observed the room was even dirtier than I thought. By this time it was after midnight and I needed to be up at just after 5:00 am. The gentleman did get me into another room that was less dirty. It was dusty. there were crumbs and a little bit of some type of wrapper on the floor on the floor. The sheets appeared to be dirty. The bed had a giant dent in it but I settled at this point. Breakfast was horrible with almost no selection. As said before the desk crew in the evening was the only savior.

Nice stop on a road trip!

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The room was clean, however there was a t-shirt on the floor of the closet and the closet itself was not tidied. Bir that would not deter me from staying there again.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful, Love you staff great service, But the hotel needs some work, rain storm and the windows was leaking bad, I got some of my clothing wet over night. The breakfast not good.

Won't stay there again

The hotel was in the need of a good cleaning. The room I was in desperately needed a deep cleaning. I was also charged double and had to get a refund. The mattress was not very comfortable.

The room was not expensive so i wasnt expecting much. Just needed a place to stay to wait out a snowstorm. There was a weird stain in one corner and the toilet was not clean. Wouldn't be my first choice.

GAVE MY ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE, NO ROOM FOR ME.

I didn't have a stay. They gave my room to somone else even thought I paid for it a month in advance. There were no rooms when i went to check in. I had to make a last minute booking somewhere else.
