This is a nice hotel located in the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The rooms are big, confortable and clean. All the employees are very efficient, kind and helpful. Micaela, receptionist, helped me printing my boarding passes; she was always nice. Maxi, a security, was also kind and helpful. My wife and I had a very good experience and will probably go back to this hotel. The only negative is that checking out is very early: at 10 am. I had to pay extra to stay beyond that time (even though we stated for 2 weeks!). In the past, other Apart hotels (in the same neighborhood) allowed us to check out at noon for no extra money (they recognized the value of staying 2 weeks).

The hotel needs maintenance.The aircon ia not barely working- average of 3 hours sleep for 3 consecutive nights. Clogged toilet. Internet is not stable. No tourist map. The reception at night cannot speak english. The lady made mistake calculating the tax that I have to pay, I was asked to pay 2 days more than it should.Good location, nice staff. Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff there were always attentive. The location is central in Recoleta, an upscale neighborhood with lots of shopping and a variety of different restaurants. My one problem was that the wifi was terrible and I needed it for personal business.

The hotel was good and the room was comfortable. My main issue was related to the breakfast. I booked the hotel with breakfast and when I arrived, I was informed that it starts at 8:30 am. This was too late for me, since I needed to leave the hotel every morning at 7:30. They offered me vouchers for a cafe, that would only open at 8am. However, I just found that on the morning. I tried to complain with the front desk, but the person responsible was never there. At the end, I had to pay for breakfast out of my pocket and now I am trying to have a reimbursement of the amount that I payed to include it on my reservation.

well located

Central to small shops and the larger commercial areas of Recoleta Located on a smaller street which never, even at night, felt dangerous. 1 block over was the major throughfare of Callao. 3 blocks to Callaco Line D Subte stop and the Holocaust Museum (open only on Sunday) . Beautiful park 1 block south. Friends cautioned us against cutting through the park late at night. The women at the front desk were always helpful. We stayed in Apart 1002 which was identical to the pictures shown on Hotels.com page. We had a balcony which was pleasant but as we were there in Jan (Argentina's summer) the sun can be intense especially with that full wall of glass and sliding door. The view from the apart isn't anything special because the upper floors of the surrounding building are a mixed lot. The AC worked well as did the ceiling fan and the insulated curtains were excellent at keeping the heat at bay.. You'll find a card slot near the door to insert your door card. That enables the electric. That means when you leave and take your door card, the electric shuts off meaning when you first enter the apartment it will be a hot/stuffy until the AC catches up. Of course you can step out on the balcony and catch the ever present breeze while awaiting the AC. Ultimately, It always comes down to would I stay here again. Yes, absolutely.

Quarto muito amplo, banheiro confortável. A localização é ótima tbm, perto da Calle principal, de mercados, padarias. Como estávamos no ultimo andar, o wifi nao funcionava de jeito nenhum. Esse seria a única reclamação a pontuar (a tv poderia ser smart, facilitando o acesso a canais internacionais, mas é um mero detalhe). Do mais, nada a acrescentar.
