We had issues with hotel side, we were told yesyerday that if we sign up for IHG membership that we are eligible for early check in and late check out. This morning we called at 10 AM and asked for a late check out and we
were told NO, the rooms are already allocated. So, we rushed to get ready to vacate the room.My husband also called front desk to send for Bell to help with our luggage and scheduled a shuttle service pickup for MRU.
Five minites prior to the shuttle is scheduled to arrive, no bell service so, we decided to drag luggages down and the hotel desk people are just staring with no offer to help. No one else was at the lobby since it is dead! We are fuming at this point and asked to speak with a manager. The Restaurant Executive Assistant Manager showed up and patiently heard all complaints.He cordially offered us lunch when we he found out flight is still 5 hrs away. The restaurant staff and Mr. Ved couldnt be more accomodating. Thank you, Mr. Ved for making it right. You are a Gem to Holiday Inn ,Mauritius.
