Staff were really caring and had good communication skills. Maid service was missed the first day... maid service tag I put on door was missing. Office was closed in the morning so I left sticky note instead of calling the night number about maid service and I came back to a serviced room. Parking is tight. Location isgreat. Microwave didn't work but management microwaved .y meal for me... I didn't want to go out to dinner and having to maneuver my truck to park!

Cute, quiet spot. Driveway is a bit tricky, give yourself time to negotiate as its a sharp turn into driveway but it opens up after the first 20ft. Decent place to stay. Family friendly. Rooms were clean. Free parking (caution: entrance is very slim and narrow). Felt safe and better than any other INN. I crashed after a long drive from Phoenix so stayed only one night. Pismo beach was just 8mins drive and it was great experience visiting a drive thru beach with dunes.
