( See pics ) Probably the best restaurant & bar in town because the locals hung out there so that was fun to chat with them, too. Staff was super laid back. Great breakfast. Beautiful beautiful! You will not be disappointed here because the views exclaim God's beauty. Now, if I had problems with walking up and down steep hills this is not where I would come. The delicious food, breakfast, lunch or dinner was on point every day. Good linens with anything you should need for a luxury stay. Happy hour on the deck or at the piazza each night was a treat. Thank you to Luca and all the women who make this place somewhere I would recommend to a friend. Also, perfect for wine tastings at De Ricci and local wineries and towns for day visits with lots of shopping in Montepulciano as well.

Very cute boutique hotel in a great location in Montepulciano. The price was great for how big and comfortable rooms are. There is a bar/restaurant attached so that’s very convenient for the afternoon drinks. Parking is further away but you can drive up to the hotel and the manager will take the car to the parking lot for you. We really enjoyed our stay in Montepulciano for a couple of nights!

We had a wonderful stay at La Locanda. The hotel hotel is well run and maintained. The views from the rooms and the piazza out front are spectacular. There are many great places to eat and drink in town, and the hotel was in a great location to get around by foot. The parking lot was safe and convenient, and the drive through the narrow streets in and out of town was an adventure!
