Second time staying here. Great price and i love that pets stay free. This time the pool was open. I wish there was a bathtub, all rooms had showers. Rooms are clean, but not very spacious, but we enjoyed our stay. Having a laundry room was a plus. Motel is near restaurants and entertainment.

Checked in nothing unusual. Get to room, unload truck, go to dinner. Return to room and find that the TV isn't working. Call desk and they say "we are aware of an issue with the cable company, it's affecting all TV's, cable company should have it fixed tomorrow" No apology given, just a sorry bout your luck. Later that evening I went to heat up my dinner leftovers and get ice. I over hear two guests complaining about the TV situation and how it's already been a whole day without TV. The next morning there is a notice up by microwave about the TV situation. I check out and zero notification at check in desk about TV. I contact hotels.com and express my frustration about not being told at check in that there was no TV service available. That if I would have known this upon check-in I would not checked in there and gone somewhere else that had TV service available. Hotels.com contacted Motel 6 and they lied saying that there's notification at the front desk upon check-in about the TV service. I again reiterated to the rep from hotels.com I would have never checked in find new there was not going to be TV available. Hotels.com response basically called me a liar and said there's nothing they can do about the situation because I had already completed the stay. They then offered me $15 in one key cash for the inconvenience. I paid $71 cash and $45 one key cash for that room at Motel 6. This is the treatment I received being a Platinum member with over 300 stays over 10yrs!!!!!

Great location. I was stuck with a smoking room so I wasn't thrilled about it, so I have a bias; but I actually liked the room itself (minus the smell... which honestly wasn't THAT bad). It was clean and great layout. I noticed there's a Laundromat in the property which is an awesome amenity to have. Overall a good experience

cleaning staff left shaving hair on faucet and wall was dirty (red spot yuck). no other rooms available. heard fireworks and saw people walking around with fireworks outside it was scary. (around CNY time)... seems like area has a lot of Asians who do firecrackers for Chinese New Year but it was scary as they were setting off in the motel parking lot and across the street.

Parking was plentiful, and the check-in process was easy. The rooms were basic, though old, and provided a place to sleep. Didn't run into any bed bugs or other pests, so that was a plus! The bathroom could be updated, and I wish there had been a mini fridge in the room. Other than that, a decent place to stay for a night, but I wouldn't recommend for multiple nights.
