A great location that is in a secluded and quiet neighborhood although when it comes to other guests I could hear some noise through walls and some guests were obviously staying there long term because they kept going in and out of their room one of the nights and they were still there when I checked out three days later. Amenities were great. Decent bed that is firm which is good. Towels could be better. Parking was ok but not a lot of space. Phone didn't work at all and I did report it and was told if I needed it could have someone fix but didn't bother. At any rate, it was good overall and very convenient location with a Target nearby and Starbucks.

First of all, the staff is WONDERFUL. So friendly, professional and helpful. The motel itself is a little bit older, but it’s well maintained and my room was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Arcadia has lots to offer and you’re close to Pasadena, and not far from downtown. I’d stay here again anytime.

The facility was clean and in decent condition. Honestly, in this area, you absolutely cannot beat the price, and the staff is wonderful! So warm and friendly, extremely accommodating-they were an absolute pleasure to interact with. Yes, it's an older building, but I had zero issues during my stay, and as s single solo traveller I felt safe and slept well. In this price range, I'd totally recommend it.

It’s a budget friendly Motel 6- about what you’d expect, an older building, but nicely maintained. And the staff is great! Super helpful, very professional and dialed in. Better service than you’ll find at more expensive hotels in the area. My weekdays were very quiet. Weekends a little noisier, as you would expect anywhere, but it was quiet again by 11:00 pm or so. I’ll definitely stay here again. Fantastic for the price.

This motel has a lot of potential. I love the location and the surrounding neighborhood. If I owned this motel business, I'd make some improvements: 1) I'd cover the door lock with a reflective material to block the heat of the sun. 2) I'd include a microwave oven and refrigerator in every room. 3) I'd hire an extra, "on call" housekeeper for the early afternoon. A "tenant" would call for a quick clean up and fresh towels while out in the town. I like the way the motel looks...it could use a bit of TLC (parking lot area) and it would be great for customers.

We stayed here to go to the Rose Parade. This is a very bare-bones hotel, but the room was clean and in good condition. Be aware that the blankets are thin, and there are very few amenities available (no hair dryer). It’s a short drive to many options for dining and activities, and close to the 210 freeway.
