Hot tub and sauna both weren’t working didn’t inform us about it before booking and charged us for one night when we went to stay at a different hotel. Charged us cause they said since they saved us a room, even though there was a max of four vehicles there the whole weekend. DONT STAY HERE

Room was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to Wolf Creek Ski Area (a 20 minutes of unsurpassed scenic vistas) was a huge plus. The staff was responsive and courteous. This is the hotel you will want to stay for your Wolf Creek Ski vacation.

Very nice rooms. They had eating utensils, pots and pans. Ski boots dryer and well as a place to hang up your snow skis. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a large shower.

Was a ok place stay, however when we arrived they added an additional $25 a day fee to the agreed hotel.com amount for a resort fee. After paying this additional amount they informed us the hot tub was out of service. Don’t arrive arrive early because you we be charged an additional $25. All in all the place is not more than a roadside motel that is trying to price gouge.

It was a cute little place and we appreciated the virtual check in as we arrived late in the night. The water was not getting hot at one point, but one of the staff was quick to come and assure us it would be back up and working and sure enough it was. Would highly recommend this place.

Lived the rooms in this hotel. Really cool and unique. Kids especially loved the hammocks! My only complaint is that nobody answered my calls or texts during normal business hours the day of our check in so we couldn’t get accurate information about the electric chargers and ended up having to stop to charge before arrival unnecessarily. In the end the chargers worked great and were very convenient for EV drivers.

I booked this lodge near Alamosa expecting fancy amenities and a cozy stay, but it was a complete let-down. Arrived just past eight, and everything-the fire pit, couches, restaurant, even coffee-closed right at eight, so I missed out entirely. Check-in was a mess; Expedia’s app and texts led nowhere, no phone number in sight, wasting two hours until I called from the hotel across the street-who warned me it’s common. Finally got in, but the room was forty-seven degrees with a broken heater. I showered hot, ironed the sheets for warmth, and froze through the night until it magically worked at dawn. Wi-Fi password? Didn’t come till eight thirty-six, when I was leaving anyway. Breakfast? Advertised as free, but nope-had to pay full menu price. Felt scammed after shelling out so much. Across the street? Lovely energy, truly-go there instead!

Room was in good condition. Had to have the front desk person come get the TV going so we could watch it. A coffee machine would have been nice to have available, there was only a teapot. Had to have instant coffee. Upon arrival they surprised me with a $25 a day fee just to use their internet, of which WAS NOT MENTIONED when I booked my room through Expedia. Im a bit annoyed by that! But my granddaughters and I had a great time in Pagosa Springs at the Hot Springs.
