Staff were helpful, clean rooms , it was great that breakfast was included, close to everything, loud at night was only downfall.

Great location to Duomo and other places. Place was good. Elevator was useful for luggage but not really people. Thanks to Google gps not knowing how to reroute us due to a road closure and too many one way streets. It took us an hour and a half to get to the parking garage. It was a complete disaster and I could not get through to hotel. I finally got out and walked in to make sure we got there before closing and thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to get to the parking garage. Not sure if we will have ZTL tickets due to entering 5-6 different times. Apple Maps took me a half a block further from the hotel and I had to figure all that out. Balcony was an added bonus.

Need to have a small fridge in the rooms, still gave them 5 stars as everything else was good.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

location was excellent and the aircon was cold. i removed a star for the very small elevator, lack of washing machine, space was a bit disjointed and no coffee maker. The pad for washing dishes was used also and for something so cheap they should provide a new one per stay. overall very good just lacking a few amenities to make it a 5 star.

overall ok. Some of the pictures shown in the ad are from a nearby restaurant, where you go for breakfast. It is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was quite cold and the heat pump was not working. The staff helped cleaning the filters and an extra sheet.
