First room we stayed had no towels, pillows and all floors warped. One spot of floor when you walked on it dog s urinate came up. Room smelled badly.if I called the health service they will closed your hotel down or just that room only. Finally I can't stand the diguistung smell and at night I went to the office I asked to change room. Good enough there was a room available few doors down. Better but outdated. Hotel need a big makeover.

The bathtub was in terrible condition. The toilet was dirty. Literally dirty. I took pics. The room didn’t look the cleanest, neither did the microwave or refrigerator. The only saving grace was the FD agent. She resolved a concern with expeditiously and professionalism.I believe her name is Tiffany but I’m not certain. I’m sure you can figure it out by checking. Who was the overnight Front Desk agent.

Fue una muy mala experiencia, el piso estaba pegajoso, el inodoro se movía, no dejaron toallas, no jabon, control del televisor sin baterías y cuando salí en la mañana vi cucarachas. Cuando llegué había grupos de personas bebiendo en el parqueadero y un letrero en la puerta que se debe cerrar con candado para “evitar” intrusos. De verdad ha sido el peor hotel que me he quedado en mi vida. Solo mal dormí 4 horas y salí corriendo de ahí.

The room wasn’t horrible but was deeply concerned about the “ No Occupancy “ signage on the front window that no one could explain wasn’t going to lose my night and prayed all would be good don’t understand how the business was still open !!

There was one staff member and I feel she did her best to accommodate but she had clients with problems that she tried to help so she was not readily available. The room was substandard and the pillows did not feel clean. The shower curtain needed servicing. The latch of the lock did not secure well and was damaged so I did not feel safe sleeping in the location but I was not disturbed during the evening. Parking was fine.

This is the dirtiest and worst room I've ever stayed in. The hygiene and facilities were terrible. There wasn't even any toilet paper. Everything was broken.
