Upon arriving to check in, the staff member at the front desk appeared uninterested and unprofessional. While I was simply zipping up my wife’s jacket, he accused us of saying he was being unprofessional, which was never directed toward him. This interaction immediately created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. After entering the room, the conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. Additionally, we saw roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. I understand this is a motel, but I have stayed here many times before and have never encountered conditions this poor. The lack of cleanliness and the negative interaction during check-in were extremely disappointing. I strongly urge management to address both the customer service and housekeeping standards at this property to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.

This place is horrible. The first night I got there I did the checkin got to my room and the smell of urine and cigarettes was horribly strong. I sat on the bed for 3 minutes trying to think on what to do since I’m not a person to complain then I started sneezing and had a horrible itch in my throat I got my things headed to the front desk and told the girl how horrible the room smelled, The lady was okay but she told me she would give me 15 minutes to fine another place and she will try to refund me I told her everything seem to be booked she was then trying to charge me for one night because I sat on the bed and use a small towel to dry my hands. The room had roaches, place was dirty overall I feel like the place needs to shut down it’s disgusting.

Customer service representative gldid not greet or welcome us for our stay. The room was was dirty, black mold on the air conditioner, hair in the shower, door lock was broken, large gap between room and wall which difficult to close. Started the morning off at 6am with loud music coming from the parking lot continuously until 9am even after I opened the door to say something. I wouldn't stay in this hotel even if I was desperate need. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! Paid to sleep yet got none!!

We booked for two double beds Two hours and 40 minutes with my husband and his sister to a room and arrived after 11 PM. When we arrived in the room, there was no front light only the bathroom, light and only one double bed for my husband, his sister and myself to share. I was very upset and also the water in the shower was flooding into the bathroom again. I did reach out to an office reception and card three days in a row, trying to get in touch with the manager and have not received a call back. The worst $169 at a motel 😩

The rooms were absolutely horrid. Completely outdated and in really rough condition. The smell was bad — really bad — throughout our stay. We were first placed in a smoking room (which we didn’t book), and while they did move us to a non-smoking room, it wasn’t much better. The biggest issue was the internet — there was basically none. We went to the front desk multiple times and kept getting different stories. Several staff members gave us excuses, but one staff member finally admitted that they have known internet problems on that side of the building and that another side might have working service. We were told to gather our belongings so they could potentially move us. When we came back later that night, they refused to move us. On top of that, our room keys stopped working every single night. Each time we were told it was our fault — that we put the keys next to a phone, etc. On the final night, a staff member admitted the keys had only been programmed for one day at a time. So we were being given incorrect information the entire stay. Between the bad rooms, the smell, no internet, constant key issues, and inconsistent (and sometimes dishonest) communication from staff, this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Would not stay here again.

I was promised a non-smoking room. They gave me a smoking room. The air conditioning unit was broken they told me to unplug it and reset the breaker! I asked to be moved and they told me they were sold out. I politely asked for a refund so I could take my family to another Hotel at 11:00 p.m. at night. I was told the manager would have to do it in the morning but now they're refusing.
