We went for a trip for the pismo classic, it was the cheapest and the closest but the beds are so uncomfortable. The key card will sometimes unlock the door, I had to go to the front desk to get the keys reprogramed since the key card would not unlock the door, even after that one of them still did not work. I guess if you're on a budget how I was, it's do able. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Needs a Lot of Work

My second time staying here. Last year there was no AC. Arrived this time and it's still not fixed, no AC! Rooms are stuffy. The vent fan in bathroom was not working. Staff is friendly and nice, but it's run down, and lots of stuff needs fixing. Curtains weren't on track. Last year room had a fridge and microwave, but none offered in this room. Also a loud person sat in car in parking lot with music blaring right outside our door, thank goodness they left before it got late but really gave a bad impression, I think they were there to pick up someone who works there.

Wouldn’t stay here again. They only had rooms upstairs for non smoking, when we got to the room it was really basic and could tell it wasn’t cleaned. There was no AC they said it was out, and the curtains were falling apart.

girl at front desk had horrible customer service skills, made us feel like we wer nobody and really had no other choice of hotels, I asked for a non smoking room because my friend is trying to quit and it has been a struggle and they gave us a room that smelled before we even opened the door , n when I asked her she looked at me like if I had done something wrong, the sink was broken the shower was dirty the ac didn’t work , it was just horrible the way they made us feel period, I didn’t care that the room wasn’t fixed but the way they treat us was not acceptable

Very disappointed 😞

We called front desk because the people above us were running around kids and adults were loud yelling. It was after 10 pm font desk said they'd send someone right away. Well the front desk didn't call us till after 11:30 pm saying they were busy and they couldn't do anything about until then and they didn't hear anything at that time.

Be cautious

AWFUL. No air conditioning, no refunds for it. Got 2 rooms & they had the space but would not put the rooms next to eachother. Our key cards stopped working TWICE. The toilet in one room was broken and would not flush & they refused to refund us. We only got a partial.

Room was outdated, dirty with (hopefully just facial hairs) in bathroom sink, shower was filthy, ceiling wall was seeping down, ac/heater did not work. When I checked in they told me where the ice machine was but failed to mention it did not work. Beds felt crummy.
