Monica and ceselia at the front desk are by far the most efficient and helpful employees @ any of the motels I’ve stayed in by far. The professionalism and hospitality is impeccable! Also the African American gentlemen that I’ve only seen recently should be praised for being so helpful and quick with his dealings with customers and had an awesome experience with guest services from him I wish I could remember his name but hopefully he’s commended and all 3 rewarded for their hard work as I witnessed difficult customers with issues and they’ve resolved them with the upmost Respect and diligence I’ve seen thus far!! The 5 star ratings was given as a result of those employees doing above And beyond their job description. My compliant is that the water is horrible

This motel has its reputations but overall a better price and better now than in past than many lower priced in town. My family and our vehicles safety are of great importance and we feel more comfortable now than years ago staying here. The pool is open everyday, most of the day and maintained which many seem to enjoy and cool off in. When there was a plumbing issue, we were moved right away and to a ground floor which we originally preferred that was not available. Vijay has been very helpful, courteous, and prompt in handling whatever is needed to make our stay more comfortable. He is very professional and very attentive. Multiple people including those not staying here were hanging out and being so loud during the night and keeping us up but Fitter came out even at the late hour and made sure to get them out of here and ensure the guests a more peaceful and quiet night. I have seen both of them walk the property and discuss what needs to be handled. All the service staff have been very great. The maintenance man has been very nice, prompt, and on top of overflowing trash and more. I do wish it was a tad bit less in price, the pool was heated in the later hours, and the housekeeping was more aware of who pays online when checking rooms at checkout. In addition, the hot versus cold is very sensitive when showering but doesn’t go cold. Overall this property has taken a much better turn than in the past years and I do believe Vijay and Fitter are responsible for that.

The bathroom is really bad, the hot and cold water in the bathroom are terrible hard to control. Can’t use the toilet bowl for the reason it was clogged, and the TV doesn’t work at all.

Outside parking lot and surrounds were a bit shabby. The phone in my room was not workin (no signal, completely dead). I complained as soon as I got in. The mainenence man tried to fix it, and found that the phone itself was broken, so removed it from the room. It was not swapped for a good phone or replaced with a new one, so I had no phone service for the entire stay.

No heater, stated half frozen all night and morning. No extra blanket. Thought a warm shower would help start the day, no warm water. Tried from 8:30-11, nothing. Not to mention, from 3:30 AM to about 4:15 AM, there was a very loud banging from the vents that made me feel like i was going insane.

It was a cute motel 6 but very loud with thin walls so you could hear people talking or hours of the night. The pool lounge chairs are ripped and my car alarm went off 2x night one. And there were yellow stains on my sheets. Other than that good location. Nice people.
