I booked and paid for a room with 2 beds fridge, microwave and handicap accessible with walk in shower. I didn't get that at all. I got a small bed small room no microwave no fridge no walk in shower dirty floor no towels no trash can in bathroom. I am so disappointed i also paid for the guarantee to get what I asked for. I guess i will file a claim

The room was clean, staff was friendly so they have no complaints in that department. But the building itself needs a refresh. They need new beds and actually put a queen bed. I order a queen and I got a full bed.

My room was not cleaned dirty towels and blankets thrown everywhere. I informed the staff and was transferred to a down graded smokers room. My hair and clothing stinking when I checked out.

The bathroom had hair all over the floor and in the shower curtain. The floor of the tub was slimy. And two of our towels had rust stains on them.
Towels are thin and hardly large enough for an adult to use. When I requested more, I was told that they were out of towels.
Other guests (?) attempted to open our door several times in the night while loudly running and yelling up and down the hallways, terrifying my child. When I called the front desk, I was told that we should just call the cops.
I attempted to speak with someone at the front desk about these concerns during our stay but they either didn't answer the calls or were unhelpful.
Will NOT be staying here again.

We booked a non smoking room, but when we checked in late at night, there were only smoking rooms available. It smelled horrible. What’s the point of reserving and even prepaying for a hotel room when it wasn’t even available?! We ended up leaving.

Property was run down, our toilet almost overflowed multiple times, but the price was right and my dog stayed free, so I would do it all over again.

A/C was not working. Door looked like it was pried open and didn’t seal right. Mattress was so worn out that it wasn’t comfortable anymore. Of course, no shampoo or conditioner, hand cream, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Both drains on sink and tub were slow to drain. Faucet on sink would drench you when opened; you had to be slow in turning on faucet to avoid being drenched. The whole motel looks dirty and old. Staff was friendly and gave me another room for my last night there. That room had a tv with all these white spots on the screen which was annoying when watching tv. Sink faucet was not as bad as the other room but would still get you wet only slower. I stayed here again mainly for the price but it’s still not worth what I payed.
