Hotels. Com & motel 6 had many problems communicating. My confirmation did not get to motel 6, for some reason. Until a supervisor called the motel, it was just confusion as I waited in the lobby for several hours. Motel 6 did nothing to rectify my situation. Neither did hotels. Com, other than finally getting me into my room which had been paid at least 4 hours prior. Those 4 hours were spent in the lobby, trying to get my problem resolved. I could not even have a late check out. I've used hotels com in the past and have never had a problem like this. The motel person mentioned to the rep at hotels.cim that I could have an early check in as of 430 am. I would need to wait another 4 hours. That way I could check out the next day. That, however, was not offered to me.
