The property is rundown, smells like a mixture of weed, cigarettes and mold. The area surrounding it is unsafe. The room was sticky on surfaces walls and floors and smelled terrible. I was very tired so I slept a few hours then left long before sunrise. I would highly encourage you to only stay here if you’re desperate. I am a simple traveler and I don’t require much nor do I care about hotel appearance but this place was more of a homeless shelter.

This place should be burned to the ground and rebuilt. The only good thing about this place is Juan, the night manager. He made checking in quick and easy. But, when i walked in my room i was met by 3 huge cockroaches!!! I didn't even put my bags down i closed the door and went back to the lobby and told Juan. He returned my deposit and was aware of the roach problem. The sad part was trying to get a refund from Hotels.com. After calling customer service I was told that I can just be moved to a different room, and they WILL NOT refund my money. After being on the phone for almost 3 HOURS I was told the best they can do is give me the cost of my room as a voucher that I cannot use until 3/21/26. I eventually got 4 hours of sleep in my car. All this after driving for 8 hours. I don't know who worse, Hotels.com customer service or this craphole hotel?

Parking was packed at times but overall it was good. Never used the laundry room but they do have one. They have snack machines and a microwave in the front office. The only bad thing I would say is people that have pets need to clean up after them. There was a lot of unwanted findings all over that made it hard to walk in grass areas and other areas.

From the outside, during the day, this hotel looks pretty nice. At night? Different scene. My partner and I went to check in and we were greeted with a kind worker. He was helpful and polite. As we were walking out, we noticed multiple people under the influence of drugs and a few prostitutes. As you drive around the property, you can see people hanging over the balcony yelling out while absolutely under the influence. There were also shirtless women walking around. I understand this is a MOTEL and not a HOTEL but I have never experienced the zoo-like behavior and overall unsafe environment. Overall, my partner and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there at night and bringing expensive camera gear into the room. There are also signs plastered everywhere that Motel6 isn’t responsible for any items stolen. It didn’t rub me the right way. After checking into our other place, they mentioned the parking is under extreme security. That’s where I’d rather stay.

yes the room was great! I enjoyed my 3 days 2 night stay the only thing I have an issue with is you have to continue going to the office to get your key remade for the room but still 5 stars oh and also no microwave you have to go to the office

Room was stinky swampy and humid. Bathroom had about 20 flies in around the shower. They must have been coming from the pipes. The smell was horrible.. Like mold. Roaches... Dirty and dusty floors. It was disgusting. And the other tenants? Pimps and prostitutes. Never again. One positive the staff was nice to me. But the coffee as watered down and. It out Friday morning. They had to get it form the bakc and also mentioned there was no cups. (luckily I had my own).

Some staff were curious and very helpful in fulfilling what I needed to make the stay more comfortable.although when I did reserve the rooms I specifically asked for special request and they did not listen . I asked for a bottom tier got the top. Overall rooms were decent comfortable stay .
