Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel itself was rundown and in need of updates. There were numerous people on the property living in their cars. Several loud yelling matches in the middle of the night in the rooms. Grass area for the pets was covered in dog feces even though bags were provided by the hotel. Would not stay here again.

Got there after 9hr flight canceleds to be told they was over booked and had no room that I had already paid for and called the hotel after booking to advise I will be late due to weather and she said she would have my room checked in and ready for me. After 45 minutes of back and forth I was given a room with no beds or anything and went back to get moved to a room that toilets didn’t work and not clean at all and the pictures are a lie the hotel is nothing like that. I would never stay there again even if my life depended on it I would check into heaven or fight the devil in hell before I stay at that property!

The area and location was find. The issue was that the motel wasn't well kept. There was no remote in the room for the TV. After I got a remote from the front office it wasn't compatible to the TV so the TV didn't work. The shower tub was awful. In the morning when I went to take a shower, the water worked well but guess what the shower didn't work. Even though the cost I paid was well below the area medium, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was wonderful but the rooms are horrible and outdated all the non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes and I’m pretty sure the first room I was in had a bullet hole in the wall.! My kids was scared so I had to cut my stay early

We ended up rebooking elsewhere because the rooms were so dirty and had no phones, clocks or actual bedding. The front desk girl was working her heart out but needed help. No ice machines worked and the whole place made you feel unsafe.

No extra blankets or pillows. No towels, cat pee smell, dirty. Only a sheet on your bed. Don’t stay here it’s real bad. We should have stayed in the airport. It was 150 dollars, hotel.com gave me back 100 and I am still not happy. I told them to take this place off their website. If you book this hotel and your not happy you can’t say I didn’t tell you.

The service was extremely poor, the room was terrible. I'm trying to send you the videos after I approached and contacted the lobby staff. They went directly to the room and confirmed it wasn't acceptable. They promised to change it the next day. When I went back in the morning, a new service representative showed me the room. After seeing the videos, she told me to trust her and that she would change my room. She said I could leave without worry, and that when I returned in the afternoon, after finishing my responsibilities, I should go to the lobby where they would have the keys to the new room. When I arrived around eight o'clock at night, they told me they'd had a lot of problems because the app was selling more rooms than they had available, and that unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change my room. I had to stay in a truly awful room, including the fact that on the first day they told me I had to wait because the blankets were being washed when they finally gave them to me that night. When I went to complain, they were annoyed that I mentioned it again and gave me some that were all stained and dirty. I really don't recommend that hotel at all, and the service even less so.

1st room was dirty and no sheet urine it toilet. 2nd room was a little better no soap or anything. When asked for soap was told not in there budget. Whole place needs redone it is a run down dump. Had hard time leaving in morning as they rent tgere lot to construction site next door. Stay away from this dump

The walls were coming apart in both rooms we used. The area did not seem too safe for two women alone. There are permanent residents staying there who were smoking weed all the time.......it just felt very unsafe. The showers handles were coming apart from the wall......for the price we paid, it was just horrible.

The photos on Hotels.com are extremely misleading. My room had roaches and ants. They had a twin size top sheet on a full size bed. The blanket was paper then and dingy. The wall behind the bathroom door had significant water damage. Only supplied with 1 washcloth, 1 towel and no soap. I went to the front desk a was told there were no more towels, and they were doing laundry. Bad mattress and pillows. The building is also very old. The only thing nice about the room was the surprisingly modern sink and countertop. Stay away!
