the elevators were a little slow at times,,the room was very comfortable.nice to have a fridge,microwave,and coffee pot.also we found breakfast in the cafe very convenient,

Eh… try somewhere else
I left my eyeglasses in the room on checkout. Nobody would answer the front desk phone in about 10 attempted calls. I went by there and was told “there’s no lost and found log” of said item being found. Basically just didn’t do anything other than check a log. Room was loud, lots of hallway noise. “Restaurant” was dirty and run down. I think there are better places to stay for the $. Location is good for easy access to subway though.

I will never stay here again!
We have stayed at this property several time; however, this time was the worst. Half way through our stay the one of the property's elevators failed to work. And my family and I had to wait for hours to go up and/or down for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. To make matters worse we stayed on the 28th floor. Also, we had to walk 28 floors a few times. I asked to speak to the GM and he/she was not in site during our stay. Additionally, I requested the the GM call my cell both at the property and several times following our stay. I never got a returned call. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member I would have thought I would be given the courtesy of a discussion with the GM. I will never stay at this property again!

Elevator wait was horrible
The elevator has a horrible wait time. We waited everyday from the 22nd floor for over 20 minutes each day. The last day we carried our luggage down 22 flights of stairs as we had waited 25 min for the elevator.
The breakfast was decent though. Would not stay here again because of the wait time of the elevators in the morning.

Would stay here again.
Excellent location. Very close to subway entrance and excellent pubs nearby (and next door). The area is not as touristy, but if you want to go to the bagel shop around the corner, you better get there early!

It was ok for the price
Upon checking in, I was not allowed to use my rewards member number because it’s in my husband’s name and he was not present for the stay—why would have my own separate account?? We got keys to our room and went upstairs only to find that our keys didn’t work because the room was already occupied by somebody and was not at all what we booked. We had to go back downstairs and get that sorted out. When we went back upstairs, the door would not close completely behind us. We had to pull it/push it shot every time we came in and out of the door.
