clean and modern design

Room inside designed really modern style. Not like the outside looking. Not really spacious but big enough. Hardwood floor which is really clean and nice. The only one concern is that the room card/key needs to be reactivated too often.

The rate was fair for the value, however the condition of the room and property were not at par. The standing shower was full of patched up work on the walls and the floors. Then the property was surrounded by people who wonder around the streets all night who were screaming at each other. People who have cars played their music really loud, even after pass midnite

very dissapointed

very dissapointed... wifi didn't work the whole stay and when I asked about it, I was given a customer Service number (still not helpful). The lady who works in the office in the a.m. was extreamly rude. (She was also the person who gave me the customer service number). There were holes in the curtains, the glass on the shower door was not properly attached so shomer leaked and I had to stand against the glass on my tippy toes in order for the water to hit my body. Also ice machine did not work, so no ice... I paid almost $200 for 2 nights but feel I should either be compinsated some of my money, recieve a complimentory night or something for all the inconviences and the very poor customer Service in the A.M.

To many people just out standing around in the parking lot there was roaches in the shower and inside the room the walls look like rats been chewing and clawing at it when you ask for full service in a room and leave so they can clean it they don’t clean it it’s like you have to ask more times than necessary to many homeless people getting high and standing around music playing and people yelling all night couldn’t get no sleep .

So... So... Ghetto

Motel 6 in downtown Sacramento is just plain AWFUL. The parking lot is full of wanna-be gang members loitering and smoking weed in their cars. There's Bums (homeless) sitting on the steps to access the upper level (one of which asked to use my shower) and rap music blasting outside my room at 1:30AM. A rat crossed my path on the way to my room and my shower door would not close. (so floor got soaked) This place just sucks. You've been warned.
