They could use some more umbrellas at this pool, but other than that, I really love this property and the staff. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the AC in our room and they couldn’t offer us another as it was sold out so we had to check out and get into another hotel which we ended up paying double, last minute spring break. That was a bummer but I still would stay here again. I love this place.

Specifically, the shower head and tub spout were coming out of the wall, the shower tile finish was peeling, and the connection between the floor and the tub edge as well as all the walls was icky. The staff was friendly and the pool was exceptional! We enjoyed the heated pool as it rained over us that first night. The next day, before checking out, we had to extend our stay for a few hours, and the front desk was able to accommodate, so thank you guys for that. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, but I know for a fact that we'll be back.

When we got there, the check-in front desk was across the street. We didn’t know until we got there so we had to put the luggage back in the car. It wasn’t bad, just would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. (We arrived around 6:00-ish.) Bathroom window was not up to par with most of the property. In order to use the TV, I had to figure out what to do with 3-4 remote controls. It was cumbersome and unnecessary in 2026. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay.

I have stayed here many times and love this property. It's been awhile since my bf and I have stayed here. The water pressure wasn't very strong in the shower... Alot of rinsing time needed! :) The room could have used more "fine tuned" cleaning; ie,the baseboards and nooks and crannies did not seem very clean. And lastly, I couldn't see a way to open the blinds in the bathroom and above the "kitchen" area to let in any light which was needed

I Called Hotels.com, they couldn't do anything, so I requested a cancel/refund. I sent a response asking how the Hotel property can approve a refund for a reservation they never received?! No Response - Thanks Hotels.com - NOT!
