Although this property is dated, they are slowly repairing things. Overall, my husband and I enjoy staying there because the staff is very nice and the view is spectacular. The winding staircase when you first walk in is a work of art!

Muy tranquila y excelente para desconectarse. Los servicios han mejorado bastante pero las habitaciones deben seguir mejorando. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, y esta es la segunda vez que visito el hotel. Servicios y comida excelente.

Aunque el hotel tiene un estilo unico voctoriano y tiene mucho potencial, peeo le falta acondicionamiento en las instalaciones. Lamentablemente por inconvenientes en el camino con nuestro vehiculo, al llegar al hotel, hicimos late check out, la atencion de la recepcionista no fue para nada agradable. Quizás se estaba entrenando, pero no nos dio las informaciones requeridas. Cada pregunta que le haciamos, respondia con "no se". El aire de las habitaciones estaba bien, pero las instalaciones estaban en muy mal estado. En lo personal, pienso que necesita más atención en los detalles, por ejemplo; articulos o elementos rotos, deben ser reparados o retirados. No teniamos toallas en las habitaciones, tuvimos que esperar a las 8 de la noche para adquirirlas, y aún estaban mojadas. A la hora del desayuno, las mesas no estaban limpias, y la atención al cliente no fue satisfactoria. Ojala piedan tomar este comentario en cuenta.

The Piergiorgio Staff was particularly kind and friendly. The hotel is extremely well located with only a short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. I had a great time and I would recommend it to those looking for an inexpensive, fun, getaway. 😊

The property is outdated. However, it has a lot of potential. The location is perfect!!! The view of the ocean absolutely is worth staying here. I would stay again. My only recommendation is to update the rooms and lobby. Maybe switch up the breakfast a little.

I enjoyed the ocean views. I appreciated the proximity to local dining and nightlife. The property was a bit older looking and wasn't modernized at all. The bathroom and bedroom area all had older fixtures and bedding.
