Easy check in. Helpful and friendly. Decent price buuuut being 45 I should have realized it’s basically a dorm. Bed was super thin, no boxspring. No smoking on any of the properties but allowed in your car. Make that make sense. Anyways to top it off there was a fire alarm drill @ zero dark stupid, (dramatic it was 7:30ish) then it went off again which was a mistake. Would not recommend to anyone that enjoys comfort.

Very basic, no tv, no amenities, just a basic place to sleep, did have wifi but unsecured. For the very few dollar's i save it would have been better to stay at an actual hotel. Not recommended. This is basically a college dorm.

This is a great place to stay, specifically if you are requiring an overnight stay because you or a family member have to use the hospital (literally a parking lot away). It worked great for me to have my son there early for his operation, and could head back to do some work while still being so close during his procedure.

It's important to review a property based on what you paid for it. You can't pay low prices and expect high price quality. The quality was on par with what I paid for the room. The staff is also very friendly, and they do their best to help. I've stayed here in years past, and will continue to stay. It's motel cheap with a slightly higher standard. This place attracts families, and regular folks.

As far as hotel stays go, I stay here quite frequently. It's good quality for the price I pay, and it attracts families and normal folks. I wouldn't hesitate to return when necessary!

It was pretty quiet but the beds are stiff the pillows are deflated and you get 1 ply toilet paper, the soaps you get are very minimal and my room key stopped working twice but the price was cheaper than everywhere else and there were no bed bugs!

Everything was “ok” for 1 night. We didn’t get enough towels, the rooms were freezing, we asked for extra towels and were told that we had to go and get them ourselves, there was no TV, only a computer monitor that had dead batteries in the remote and no Chanel’s to watch when you did get the remote to work. The room is fine if you’re here to work but not great if you’re here on vacation.

What is there to say really? It’s super affordable, easy access, easy parking, easy to find and seconds from the highway. Having my own kitchen with fridge and microwave is an huge bonus. Anytime I stay in Barrie this is the place.

Our door lock would never accept our key card. It was frustrating as we had to call front desk to open it a few times. To their credit, they always tried to help but it was annoying to never know if our door would open. Our room was also very cold, especially at night. The next morning I noticed the duct tape for the window and there was a draft. There was considerable construction, which we knew and I won’t criticize that, but the room itself left a lot to be desired. I booked two nights but left after one.
