Definitely not the over 78 star rating Hotel.com had. This property was aged and sketching. The room was clean enough where I did not look for another property, Alehandro at check in was very nice. Please lower rating for other travelers to be fully aware.

Great hotel! It’s close to many dining options, many within walking distance. Not too from downtown Santa Barbara. Beds are comfortable, neighborhood is quiet, not too much traffic, less than 5 mins from the freeway.

Do not get fooled by this property. Looked at pictures online and they look nothing like what the property looks like. Tried to cancel room and was told I needed to contact hotels.com. Called hotels.com and they canceled, however they didn’t only charge me the cancel fee, the hotel also charged me the full night stay. Complained to hotels.com and they said they couldn’t do anything. Horrible experience all around with both hotels.com and this hotel. Have used hotels.com for decades and will not be using them ever again.

First time ever, we had to leave after a couple hours and find a different hotel. Bugs in the shower - gross. But worst part was a man randomly entering our room with a key that worked on our door. Not okay! Felt unsafe and left. The front desk staff tried to gaslight us saying nothing happened. I bought protection for the trip but neither hotels.com nor the property would issue a refund. I wouldn't recommend that anyone stay at this property.

The Inn has very nice and friendly staff. Check in was easy. We requested an early check in and it was possible with a fee. There was plenty of parking and restaurants, stores were close by. I did see other guests with pets. Ill assume they allow pets in some of the rooms. They have a no smoking rule but there is cigarette butts all over the place. The mattresses were horrible and squeak and we felt the springs. We got 2 rooms and all 4 beds were horrible. There was an old, not working refrigerator outside of our room, that you could tell it had been there for a while.
