Paid almost $500 for one night (was there for Packers/Eagles game). Bed was a thin mattress on basically sheet metal. my back hurt still hurts. Bugs on the bathroom floor. Shower was like being in a casket. Water would splatter if you used the bathroom sink. Supposedly had a shuttle to & from stadium but since I was only wanted to take it back to the hotel, they refused to tell me where it was located so I had to catch an Uber back. It was pay per ride so I would have paid for the ride of course. I asked other people what they paid & was told $75-$100 so I'm highly ticked off. I know it would be little more because of the game but 5 times the amount is absurd. Second time (& final time) I ever stay at this chain. It takes a lot for me to complain so save your money & sleep on a park bench.

First impression entering the lobby was terrible. It was so filled with cigarette smoke I could hardly breathe. The we went to our room which was above the lobby area, the smell of smoke was in our room also. The shower valve was missing parts and was difficult to set the right water temperature or turn it off completely

Back is like the ghetto druggies locals all stay in the rooms it's pure garbage nothing of yours will feel safe back there got moved to the front part thankfully a little better beds are terrible though

The staff at check in were very nice and friendly. Our room was pretty dirty. Didn't look like the floor had been swept and the top of the dresser was sticky. Bring your own pillows! All I can say is the room was good enough to sleep in after a Packer game.

We did not book a room with a dog. When checking in we were asked if we had any pets and we said no. Somehow a dog was added to our stay. Because if that we were put in the back building, where long term residents stay. Neighboring guests were loud. The room was gross and infested with spiders. We ended our stay early, and were refunded for the days we did not stay. The $50 deposit for damages was still taken by the property, we did not damage anything but there was definitely pre-existing damage. Never again. Miscommunication // Filthy conditions // human hair everywhere // infestation // dead bugs everywhere // noisy guests // uncomfortable bed

awful. domestic fights weed smoking loud drunks crack under the door let ever sound and smell in. The bunk in bootcamp was more comfortable than the bed. Every time the car alarms (4). I had to jump up and see if it was mine.

Good for a short stay

It was just a place to sleep after Packers family night. There was a hair in the shower, we had to sleep in separate beds due to there only being one outlet (Needed to plug in CPAP machine so took the bed closest to it), and the metal bed frame squeaked every time you moved. Mattress was good and pillows were good, linens seemed very clean. I don’t suggest a long stay, but good for just the one night. Staff was also very nice
