The staff seemed friendly. We had a quick check- in. Our room was cold and we were thankful the AC was working! There was a dog down the hall that barked almost non stop. The clerk said they couldn't get in touch with the guest, so they let the dog continue to bark. I probably would have called animal control... Our room seemed surface clean. But, there was hair on the towels and bedding. The beds were not rock hard, so that was good! The window was old and didn't shut completely which made the noise from the freeway was quite loud. We ended up finishing our conference early and decided not to stay another night, even though we had already paid for it. The location of this hotel was convenient to the freeway and shopping, but we won't be staying here again.

The front desk clerk was not helpful. The request I had for a first floor room was completely ignored and I ended up having to lug my huge kennel and two large dogs up three flights of stairs. I will not be staying there again.

Our room was supposed to be a "deluxe room", if that was a deluxe room then I guess the standard room might be a pup tent in the parking lot with an outhouse next to it. There were no extras like a coffee maker or an iron, hell they didn't even have the little shampoo or conditioners that most hotel provide but they did at least have hand soap. There were 2 pillows on the queen size bed and for extras I had to go back down to the front desk. Our 2 night stay only included room cleaning and fresh towels upon request instead of just doing it unless you put out a door tag saying it wasn't necessary like most hotels do. It was cheap and clean but I won't go back.

We checked in, walked down to our room, saw the condition of the room, turned around and checked out, and had to find another hotel. The property is disgusting. Walking down the hall, you see really poor repairs on all the drywall from previous leaks, and was also dirty. Our room had stains on the sheets and hair all over in between the sheets. I get that it is an older property, but it hasn't been taken care of and the repairs are not professionally done. I would think at a minimum, keeping the property clean would be a first step.

Honestly it was an ok stay overall. It does have thinner walls and with it being pet friendly, there were dogs barking throughout the night. In the room i stayed in, the shower handle was opposite for temperatures of the water. Other than that had a few concerns with cleanliness and security. They did have an outdoor pool, but it wasnt maintained or available for use at all. And side doors weren't checked for security purposes at all and typically were propped open via small rocks so you wouldnt need a key to get into the building.

When we arrived there was a domestic disturbance in parking lot. Exterior was painted and neat, but interior was very run down. Elevator had limitations. Beds quite small, but comfortable. Bathroom while tidy was very run down. Excellent water pressure, but shower curtain did not prevent water from getting on floor.

The toilet was plugged up when we got to the room. I called the manager and it took a while before she came up. We had to flush the toilet five times before it sort of worked. The next morning when showering the water failed to drain from the tube as well. The ac also failed to function. Worst hotel experience of my life!

Toilet and vanity too low to floor! Flush of toilet too loud! Shower - water too forceful/ went all over ! No fan to take away humidity in bathroom ! Peeling paint in bathroom (from by too much humidity). Came 1 hour early to check in - wanted to charge extra - so came back later!

We had booked for 2 nights. The 1st night the was veey noisy, even after quiet hours. Kids running up and down the hall and being able to hear the guy next door shower with his TV up at full volume. The next night we went to return to the room and as we keyed in discovered 2 other people in our room. The clerk had not only rented out our room, he had packed up our stuff and put it in the laundry room. He would not honor the reservation and said I'd have to speak with the manager wjo wouldn't be in until Monday.
