The room I was provided had no working outlets, the tv did not work and nothing was done about it. I was also bit by bugs on my chest and upper back. I have red bites that go in a straight line that are consistent with bed bug bites. A refund would be appropriate.

The staff was super nice, friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. A-plus on that. The room was generally clean. The building is in dire need of renovations. Key locks and handle worked great but the actual door is old and have very large holes where the previous lock was. The bed was on a tall platform which a step stool should accompany such a tall bed. Also, there was no iron, hair dryer, microwave or mini fridge. The shower was a bit odd but it was okay. The towels were a little on the rough side. There were only two pillows on a queen sized bed. MAIN ISSUE: there no outlets near the bed, desk and table. The only outlets were where the tv was plugged in and in the bathroom.

If only this motel was better cared for and cleaner! Parking is plentiful and I was able to park close to my room on the second floor. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. The location is convenient to explore Old Prescott. The Prescott Junction restaurant is located adjacent to the motel and has delicious pies and pastries in addition to their American style menu. I did not stay a second night because the room I was finally put into was really gross. The bathroom sink had moss and filth around the base of the faucet. The corners of every room were gross with dirt and had not been adequately cleaned. Really only the bed and sheets and the shower were clean.

This was the worst motel I have ever encountered. We booked this place with three other couples, thinking it would be decent since it’s close to downtown Prescott. While it is within walking distance, that was the only positive. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. Every couple had issues getting into their rooms — the doors literally would not open. The front desk employee couldn’t even access some of the rooms with his universal key. Because of this, 2 out of 4 couples had to be moved to different rooms, which was frustrating and time-consuming. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The smell was unbearable — like extreme body odor mixed with cat urine. It felt neglected, unclean, and completely unsanitary. I also did not feel safe at all. The front desk attendant gave off extremely uncomfortable, unsafe vibes, to the point that I was genuinely concerned about privacy while staying there. Overall, the environment was unsettling and not somewhere anyone should feel comfortable staying. Do not stay here unless you truly do not care about cleanliness, safety, or your surroundings. Walking distance to downtown is not worth this experience.

It was a good place to stay. Just a little old and dirty. I had multiple spiderwebs in my room and someone had left me a surprise in the bathroom upon arrival and it didn’t smell the best.

The room was the size of a closet the fridge was broken andwe saw around 8 cockroaches. The staff where not helpfull. It took amost a half hour to get checked in the lady had no idea how to do it she had to get on the phone with her boss to figure it out. I would not recommend this pace at all.
