This hotel was everything I expected it to be. It was fairly clean but decent for the price. Beds are a little hard and it was a little noisy at night but I expected that as well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

its just fine. we slept after the concert so its okey.

4/10 一般

The toilet wasn’t clean even though it had the sanitised label over the toilet, the breakfast was meant to be a continental break but was only coffee, a small muffin or apple, felt unsafe in the area
真实点评

6/10 不错

The rooms still smell like smoke and induce a migraine for me but the hotel is really trying to improve. The TV’s are tiny, but room and sheets are clean. The phone didn’t work, as the system was being repaired so I couldn’t make my important phone calls. Overall it’s a decent place for the price.

6/10 不错

Staff was very pleasant. Room seemed to be half remodeled. Dressers new, sink new, Floor was new, not carpet, wooden floors??? Accent wall painted. Other 3 walls needed painting. Base boards bowed off wall, bathroom door looked rotted out on bottom. TV very small. Very noisy in hallway, locked security door "clicking" all night long.

2/10 较差

Never breakfast, was there for a month and never cleaned the room. Keys constantly not working. Exterior doors open so there’s constantly homeless people. Dirty needles in stairwells and parking lot.

Door to room you could see through door jamb. Only two mini muffins left at breakfast. No other food out. TV came on middle of the night. Old building, don't let Raddison affiliation fool you…
真实点评

4/10 一般

Breakfast consist of mini muffins and coffee and a bowl of apples, nothing for diabetics or non coffee drinkers. Room was dirty- stairs had same Dr Pepper bottle cap on it all three days so they obviously don’t clean that area. Bathroom was dirty, towels smelled like pickles, the ac unit was so loud a rickety sounding and then there was a broken floor board on our room that had been replaced with a piece of wood that didn’t quite fit leaving gaps that could splinter or cut you and the floor sloped

Very poor facility and very outdated it’s the old motel 6 so don’t let the name by Radisson fool you like it did me when I reserved it online! Don’t stay here!

Bedding was clean. Room needed better overall cleaning. Staff was friendly and helpful.
真实点评

6/10 不错

For the price it was okay but very rundown. The area was sketchy too
真实点评

8/10 非常棒

The staff was great. Friendly, prompt, etc. The room was fine, everything you would expect - clean, basic toiletries, clean but not high quality bedding and towels. The air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat wave but it definitely helped. The location had great freeway access but the area was rougher than I was expecting. My hesitation in staying there again would purely be due to the area.

First room door was open and deadbolt stuck out. Only certain outside doors let you in. Not very appealing. Nothing like the picture on the website
真实点评

6/10 不错

It’s a simple motel in a convenient location. It’s getting a bit run-down – could use a fresh paint job and new caulking in the shower—nothing gross – just been used. The staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s close to the airport, which is nice if you’re traveling by plane.

2/10 较差

The place is a dump in a bad part of time. I had no idea when I booked it said it was a Radisson. It gives Radisson a bad name. The Motel 6 sign was blacked out so it is an old motel 6 not a Radisson. In the future I will be more careful when a property says it is a Radisson affiliate.
真实点评

2/10 较差

The website says that the breakfast is continental but it was just a coffee and a muffin. Also, I deposited a certain amount and it has been more than a week but the deposit was not returned.
真实点评

2/10 较差

On two nights someone attempted to enter the room in the middle of the night. Thankfully I had the hotel latch on. Paid for five nights slept there for two nights. Staff weren’t helpful, left and went to a different hotel. Safety shouldn’t be a concern and it shouldn’t be taken lightly. Also- the modifications were allowed up until 24 hr before the stay- called 48hrs later to let them know that flight was changed and needed to be pushed back One day for arrival meaning a four day stay- the hotel front desk person insisted I gave them my credit card number and ran it for the 5nights then told me there wasn’t anything they could do after they ran it.

2/10 较差

Went to check in, got a room that was already occupied. Got switched to a different room and the tv didn’t work. Smelt like pot. Two of the front desk ladies had a terrible attitude. I believe the manager was Ashley and she was great! But we ended up finding a different hotel to stay. Parks inn was dirty. We got a refund. I will never stay at this place again!!
