We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay in Penzance, the tavern staff made us feel welcome for the night we were staying, during dinner and at breakfast. We had a huge room and great view of the harbour, with the morning sun bursting through the window. Of course, the amazing weather made a big difference
We were aware parking might be an issue, so were prepared for a bit of a struggle to find a space, but we knew that before we arrived!
I hope we can make it back down to Cornwall again soon because we will definitely be aiming to stay here again.

We had a friendly greeting despite arriving at a busy time in the pub. We had dinner in the pub, which was lovely in terms of both the food and the atmosphere. The bed was super comfortbale and the shower was great. The view was so lovely.

Great harbour views
Room was clean and we had a great view of the harbour. Great shower which we feel is important. We had the full Cornish breakfast it was quite modest in size and quality.

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a fine view of the sea. The hosts were affable and eager to help, and the food was excellent. There is a large outdoor swimming pool nearby with a heated section that is well worth investigating.

Warm and welcoming and friendly service l. The food and breakfast were really good. I loved the view from my room overlooking the harbor. Good bed, nice and freshly done bathroom with shower. Everything is spotless clean!!! The accommodation is close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly and accommodating
The team at the Tavern couldn't do more to help and be accommodating. Very friendly and well placed for the IOS ferry, this place comes hearlty recommended.
