Microwave didn’t work. I asked the front desk, he said my room shouldn’t have even come with a microwave or fridge. The shower head was broken so you’ll have to shower squatting or take turns putting on shampoo and then rinsing it off because it’s handheld since the adapter to hold it up is broken off. The shower tub won’t drain properly so you’ll be standing in your own dirty water.

The room was ok clean but it just had an odor. The room smelled like if you had closed the door for weeks without the AC on a musky smell. The pool was off limits. They did not give a discount because the pool was not working nor did they put it on the website.

The staff is great and very friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed when I arrived and the room I asked for had been downsized. We were still able to get through the night but we were not very comfortable and wee had to go and ask for more towels. Which they gladly furnished.
