Zero heat, went to call for help. Phone didn’t work. Desk agent refused to offer refund. Froze all night, yes it’s Florida and was down to 30 degrees (unusual). Had to run shower from puddle of night to attempt to warm up. Nothing helped. Hotel front desk said we had to get refund via hotels.com, can’t find a way to do that. Horrible place also not clean.

The room was filthy, TV didn't work, and it had a damp/moldy smell. Bathroom tub was stained and not clean. Microwave was disgusting. Floor was dirty. The long term tenants are loud, yelling and talking on speaker phone outside the room. Slamming door throughout the night and also acting suspicious making the stay uncomfortable. The worst hotel experience ever. I actually felt unsafe at night as did my wife from people slamming and talking outside our door which also had frame damage from forced entry in the past. The staff was polite though.

Room was dirty, pillows and sheets stained, refrigerator missing, no clock/alarm, no cleaning service the bext day, got woken up the next morning (Saturday morning) to move car so they could do tree work. Also registered 3 guests, only gave us 2 towels and we had to turn them in to get clean ones. Shower curtain was covered in paint and mildew....

This is where the fridge was supposed to be..

The floors were sticky and nasty. They were so dirty I couldn't walk around in socks. There was a palpable smell permeating throughout the room, something a little more than cigarette smoke. I could taste the air. The bed sheets were damp. Overall, I felt dirty and could hardly wait to leave. I have stayed in low budget hotels before, but not like this.

For a Motel 6, this was a good one. While it's not a fancy room, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's location was ideal as we could walk to it from the Amtrak bus and walk a number of places for dinner. We chose Sonny's BBQ.

Room wasnt cleaned. Only at a quick glance you wouldnt notice. Floor hasnt been cleaned in probably months i literally had hair and dirt all in my bed from walking on the floor and the bathtub was full of hair and dirt

Front desk lady was rude. Roaches, roaches, roaches and filth. This motel 6 should not be on the list of locations available. Horrible experience. Ruined our plans.
