Memorable stay in Bilaspur

The hotel staff including those at receotion, restaurant, and room service were very warm and courteous. They went our if rhe way to make us feel welcone and took care of our every need. The room was clean and immaculate. Only thing missing was soap at the sink. Plenty of water bottles were provided. Service was always prompt. Also appreciate the tea and packed breakfast prepared for us at 5.00 am!!! The care and comfort provided made our stay in Bilaspur enjoyable and memorable.

Hotel staff, particularly Anand (our driver), Kartik & Pravish went above and beyond to help us in every way possible during our stay.
