My room had no heat working so they gave me a portable heater. Shower head squirted almost as much water out the sides as forward and there was no lid on the toilet seat.

Absolutely disgusting. Checked out an hour after I checked in. Room was 90 degrees. Service was pathetic. Front desk person came up and played with thermostat and made it 94. Then told me I should open the window. Then preceded to ignore me got the next 30 minutes. Some mold, the vent was coming out of the wall. A lot of problems.

I have stayed in motels before and had no issues with them. I did not see the red flags when I reached Motel 6, to check-in. First of all, there were a number of people hanging out in the lobby and hallways. They were not guest checking in. I was kept waiting 20 mins for a cart to bring my luggage to the room. When I got to the room, found that one of the side tables for the bed was missing. We were not aware that the toilet seat needed repairs until we went to use it. This is something the housekeeper should have noticed and reported. This led us to believe the toilet was not cleaned. The next day, there was no room service, nor were the hallways which were dirty with salt from outside cleaned up. The housekeeper was seen cleaning other rooms, but never came to our room, or even asked if we needed service. When we went out into the hallway to ask for clean towels, she was gone. This is not a place I would be returning to anytime soon.

There was a young boy running up and down the hallway with no parent nearby. I asked him to try and keep it down. When I went to the front desk to let them know and heard a man swearing at the young boy. There was garbage in the hallways outside of doors. People at the rear parking lot doorway. I’ve since heard it’s known to be used for drug transactions and prostitutes. I wouldn’t stay here.

I was truly disappointed, my first night was terrible. Walls are paper thin, yelling in the halls, dogs barking and off the leash, cockroach in the first room . Second night was better, because of my first night experience the manger moved my room and it was complimentary.

Bed was uncomfortable, bad odour in Lobby, staff was polite but I think appropriate attire when working front desk would be nice to see when greeted, cleanliness could be a bit better.

Close to 401 and lots of dining options. Hotel was very run down. Pictures where obviously taken from corporate and not the actual location. Room advertised with a fridge but did not have one. I think there was a bunch of refugee families and low incomes individuals living on site. Congregating in the hallways and go room to room most of the evening. Being in the room was terrible bed was lumpy and awful and only 2 very small very hard pillows. Weird sticky stuff in the bathroom, and room sound like we were in the spin cycle of a washing machine most of the night, and the young guy on the desk was super creepy belonged in a bates motel episode so we didn't even want to go ask for our money back so we could go across the street to something half decent. This has solidified for me that I will never stay at a motel 6 again this is the 3rd one and by far the worst yet.
