Great Apartment in The Heart of Catania

Fantastic apartment! Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Comfortable bed, but you have to go up stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the main floor. That is the only negative. Office for the building is around the corner and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The ladies in the office are very helpful. The metro is just around the corner and takes you (one stop) to the bus and train station. The restaurant outside the front door is very good! Say hi to Katiana, she speaks great english and is very helpful. There are also a few markets close by to get things to cook if you like, and bottled water.

Apartamento sem qualquer conforto e mal planejado. Iluminação da sala/cozinha péssima. Cozinha sem estrutura para ser utilizada adequadamente. Tomada da luz do quarto é na porta de entrada do apartamento. Cama sem cabeceira e com espaço entre o colchão e a parede. O barulho do ar condicionado é tão alto que é impossível dormir com ele ligado. Resolvemos então deixar a sacada aberta para refrescar e o resultado foi acordar durante a noite para matar pernilongo e acordamos com várias picadas.

Spacious unit

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Only issue we had was that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom on the lower level. Location was close to sites and restaurants. Communication with host was great.

Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Très bien situé. Excellent service pour la réservation de tours guidés et la recommandation de restaurants et de sorties. Seul point à améliorer : la douche est minuscule et il nous a été impossible de faire fonctionner la douche téléphone.

The apartment is spectacular, especially the lovely terrace. The only drawback is that you have to climb a staircase to go to the bathroom, even so, I would not hesitate to return again without thinking twice.

Excellent communication but unit not same as photo

The unit is not as shown in the hotels.com booking site. It’s not as expected but luckily the location is very good, short distance from the main road Via Etnea which is very happening and almost car-free, relaxing walk. Staff communication is excellent and they started to assist airport transfer way in advanced, so much appreciated. Giorgio is also cheerful and friendly during check-in!

Diese Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral. Fußläufig sind die Hotspots in Catania bestens zu erreichen. In der Gasse vor dem Haus sind 2 Lokale. Diese stören nicht. Die Unterkunft im Haus selbst ist sehr hellhörig. Stimmen auf dem Gang, Stühlerücken in der Etage darüber sowie die Abflüsse sind sehr deutlich zu hören. Das Appartement ist geschickt und ansprechend gestaltet. Es kommt jetzt der Zeitpunkt, wo Schönheitsreparaturen fällig sind. Das Bad ist nicht sehr groß, passt aber. Es fehlen Möglichkeiten, die Handtücher zu trocknen. Der Balkon ist vorhanden, zum Sitzen nicht geeignet. Klimaanlage und Müllbehälter stehen auf dem Balkon. Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten erwartungsgemäß sehr schlecht. Kochen ist mit 2 Platten eingeschränkt möglich. Geschirr und Besteck sind abgezählt. Keine Weingläser. Aufzug im Haus sehr gut.

Thin walls & crazy customers

Check in time was 2pm and i have been communicating with hotel on my arrival. I arrive after 2pm but room wasn't ready. Then i found the room only had rain shower and no hand held shower which is really inconvenient if you don't want to wash your hair daily. Next , i a neighbour who rang my door bell profusely and bang non stop at my door at midnight cos he wanted me to turn off my aircon. This was totally disturbing on the 2nd night of my stay . Hence, i didn't enjoy my stay at this place at all.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Communication prior to arrival and check in was excellent. We arrived a bit later than expected, and we were greeted and taken care of by Marina. The hotel staff even arranged airport transfers for us. We stayed in a studio, everything was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend if staying in Catania!

Comfortable, spacious apartment with everything we needed, in central Catania, close to excellent restaurants and transport links. Our flight was delayed so arrived late evening, but helpful rep was still waiting to let us in and show us around. Thank you. One small criticism - for such a spacious apartment, the bathroom was small and the shower was tiny, not easy for the larger person!

Salve ho prenotato 2 settimane mi sono trovato benissimo e centralissimo vicino a tutto,ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa chiamavo e neanche 5 minuti arrivavano qualcuno,purtroppo le due settimane sono finite e ritorniamo a Roma ,raccomando questo albergo sono gentilissimi e pulitissimi vuoto 10 grazie e spero che ci si vede prossimo anno!
