This place does not look like the pictures shown. Its trashed. Amenities in the pictures are not in the actual rooms. I paid for a king sized bed executive suite that was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub and it didnt have one. It also didnt have a properly functioning tv. The tv color was blurry from damage and age. There was only a couple of channels you could watch one of which was an adult channel. Never seen a place with free adult channel but for those who might end up here with children do note that channel 49 is hardcore adult channel. I did take pictures.

What I didn’t like is that the tv didn’t have all the channels that was on the paper in the room & I think the dirty channel should be locked & if you want to watch it then you have to pay for the channel to be unlocked because, I don’t know if they ever has kids come with their parents.

Unfortunate find for FD STL.

After I finally checked in I went to the room and set my stuff on a table that seemed to be the only clean furniture in the room. The room layout was nice. It did have a refrigerator that was very clean but on the inside only. The bedding had stains and burn holes. One stain did indeed look exactly like a blood stain. There was a chair and a love seat that appeared to be packed with dirt and was obviously covered in overlapping stains. The bathtub was held together with white duct tape. The iron had some kind of substance on the under side of it that ruined my good hat. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned and there were cigarette ashes on the floor. There was a party in the parking lot and a party in each room on both sides of room 7(I stayed in room 7). The door to the room had one lock (deadbolt) unoperational. There were two other ways to keep the door shut. I got there just in time to go prepare for my day at the track so I just went and upon my return I wanted a refund for my room. I explained all of this to the man who claimed to be the manager. I was refunded for one day. Not acceptable staff was very angry and disrespectful about asking for a refund.

This place is not bad, but during the night, twice, someone was attempting to open every door with a key card. Not sure if they were intoxicated or looking to actively harm someone. This was a bit off putting.

Old hotel. Probably OK when 1st built but has sunk to current level. It does have free parking and easy access to the freeway. My room smelled of old smoke covered by some sort of cleaning scent. It did get better by the second day. No In room coffee but the filling station next door had excellent coffee

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean, however outdated, furniture held with duct tape and no mention of a security deposit on the website but once you arrive they inform you of one. Only 4 tv channels worked.
