此酒店有多個出入口，我行錯了房間那邊，因當時落緊雨，餐廳職員叫我穿過地庫的博物館再上返樓梯到地面reception。嗰度冇開燈，於是我跑，喺就嚟到終點嘅時候，我疾步！因為有2個人型嘢，1個坐喺櫈，1個瞓喺上隔！！嚇到個心離一離 ：O 房間內超靚，有露台仔，望住雪山。

Excellent hotel in beautiful setting

Excellent little Hotel right on the fjord with beautiful views. Rooms were on the small side but nicely decorated and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Really interesting hotel in great setting

It's an interesting hotel, utilising former French hospital buildings and containing an interesting musuem about the French sailors, mainly from Brittany who spent half the year in tough conditions fishing along the Icelandic coast. The receptionist was friendly, informative and welcoming. Our room was over the road (free parking outside) with a view over the fjord. The room was spacious and modern with good black out curtains and a fab view. We booked into the French restaurant withon the hotel and both enjoyed our meals. Breakfast was also enjoyable with a good range ot items which were stocked up regularly. Neither the hotel or the restaurant are cheap - nothing in Iceland is cheap! However it was a pleasant quiet night. NB Nothing to do with the hotel but the fish industry locally is still very much alive and so we had a strong whiff of fish when outside. Doesn’t take away from the great views and setting.

Restaurant staff needs to be improved

The receptionist was excellent, the hotel is just fine, the bed is comfortable but the bathroom is very uncomfortable because it has no shampoo or place to put your belongings on the sink. The breakfast is very basic, the dinner menu is very limited but everything is delicious, however the service is not very pleasant, you are served by two people, a guy named Madonna who serves super well, on the other hand a girl named Morgeen who is always angry and serves TERRIBLE, she is always in a bad mood, she speaks badly of the diners after serving a table covering her mouth thinking that people do not notice, if you ask her for something she answers you badly and spends her time making annoyed gestures, a restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious food that with excellent service would be another experience.

Nur für Kurzaufenthalt geeignet

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, das Personal aber eher unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Beim Frühstück ist es recht eng am Buffet. Das Zimmer war staubig. Das Bad roch muffig und die Dusche wurde nie richtig trocken, da die Ventilation defekt war. Beim Check Out wurden wir auch sehr schnell abgefertigt und wurden nicht gefragt, ob der Besuch unseren Vorstellungen entsprach.

The hotel is simply amazing. With fantastic views. Very cozy, room with a lot of space and very clean. The high point of my stay was how well Tatiana, the way she received us. I would love to be greeted by a person like her at every hotel I went to. Very polite, helpful, empathetic, a person I would love to have on my team.

Wir hatten das Glück ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fjord zu bekommen. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück war super. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind leider nur eine Nacht geblieben. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
