I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. The hotel's condition needs renovation, with outdated premises, disrepair in rooms, and dirty carpets affecting aesthetics and hygiene. My stay was marred by issues like a blocked washroom sink, leaking air conditioning, unclean bed-sheets, and unhelpful reception staff.
These issues collectively made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
Additionally, I was disheartened by the lack of hospitality exhibited by the reception staff. They appeared indifferent to my concerns and failed to provide the level of service one would expect from a reputable hotel.
To make matters worse, I had a concerning experience during the night when two individuals, presumably hotel staff, entered my room without my permission. This intrusion into my personal space was not only unsettling but also a violation of my privacy.
