Séjour d'une semaine dans une chambre avec 2 lits simple et douche sur le palier. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très agréable et disponible. L'hôtel est propre et authentique. Le petit déjeuner est complet. La localisation de l'hôtel est excellente au centre de Manhattan avec les transports en commun a côté de l'hôtel. Super rapport qualité prix. Je recommande The Leo House

L'hôtel est idéalement placé au cœur de Chelsea, métro à une minute. Permettent de se rendre rapidement vers Time Square , central Park ou vers Downtown, le quartier du World trade Center notamment. Cet établissement est très vieux donc très mal insonorisé et si vous avez le malheur d'être côté rue,vos débuts de nuits vont être assez dur. Sinon personnel très agréable , petit déjeuner correct.

Bathroom was not serviced upon check-in & entry. Dirty towels on the floor. Toilet unflushed. Trash strewn about / used soaps / half empty water bottle under bed / no clean towels in bathroom. Had to inform and request new towels @ front desk despite being 7-8 hours late to my check in (trip was delayed, only stayed for one night, mainly for sleep). The room itself (311) is very small, but has a decent twin size bed (for one). Hotel won't let you leave with your room key (fyi, wasn't aware of that ahead of time) but front desk is avail 24/7. TV did not work, btw, and neither did the Wifi (not sure they even offer Wifi). Phone Signal is pretty poor while inside. Complimentary breakfast is OK, not worth getting up for IMO. Wished I had skipped it altogether, slept in, or just stayed somewhere else tbh. While the staff was nice to me, and apologetic re: towels, unserviced bathroom, et.al., I would not stay here again.

Hotel très bien situé à 2 stations de Time squares! Cependant hôtel très vétuste (le radiateur dans les wc etait rouillé) Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont très bruyantes et mal isolées laissant passer le froid. Nous avions une douche sur le pallier que je déconseille, la porte fermant très mal. Le wifi et la tv dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Sinon le petit déjeuner était parfait et le prrsonnel tres accueillant. Une mention speciale à Sadok à l accueil de 'hôtel, parlant très bien français, toujours souriant, à l'écoute des clients et très professionnel. Un bon hôtel qualité prix si vous comptez juste y dormir et passer plus de temps à visiter New york.

The Leo House is a 23rd street gem.

The Leo Jouse is friendly, plain and simple. The people at the buffet say good morning to you. The desk people say good night and remember you. The rooms are quiet, a bit old and plain but all that you need. There is even a chapel and a courtyard on site, as well as a business center. I was very pleasantly surprised about the hotel and I’d be happy to come back.

Mistake

I made this booking in haste last year .without realizing i booked a room with shared bathroom facilities. Which i was unable to change via trip adviser My room was like a cell. dark, windows that looked out closely on a wall, A toilet in a small / tiny cupboard space ,a wash hand basin in a neighboring cupboard space so small unable to outstretch my arms I would say clean but very very run down. It is a catholic guest house but it felt like a religious retreat no frills, lacked comfort, very noisy. It would have been helpful to have a room directory to explain in house as well as nearby facilities On a positive note i was pleased to have a safe in my room. Location in Manhattan was good. Value for money you get what you pay for . My mistake

Nice spot for a quick stay.

Nice little hotel on the 23rd street here in NYC. The rooms are a bit small but for one night that's ok. Showers are in separate rooms on floor which can make it tough to shower if both happens to be taken. Other than that, I really liked my stay.

Le meilleur qualité prix de New York Bien sûr, les princes et princesses qui veulent un palace, ne venez pas. C'est simple, plutôt ancien, mais les lits sont très confortables, les clims marchent bien, et très bien situé, a 40 secondes du métro, dans le quartier de Chelsea, a 5 min à pied de la sky line, l Edge a 15 min à pied, Penn Station a 11 min à pied. Bref, que du plus. Et le prix!!! On en parle du prix défiant toute concurrence? Et de surcroît avec le petit déjeuner!!! Copieux!! Vraiment a conseiller, pour ceux qui viennent a New York pour vivre une belle expérience.

Hôtel défraîchie avec un bon petit déjeuner

Point positif, le petit déjeuner de grande qualité et l’emplacement de l’hôtel à deux pas du métro. Chambre calme silencieuse. Point négatif : salle de bain commune sur le palier non nettoyer pendant nos 4 nuits ( un flacon vide de savon laissé sur le bord de la baignoire ainsi que des cheveux étaient présents à notre arrivée et encore après notre départ.) Une chambre plus que vieillissante défraîchie avec un lit en dehors des standards habituellement que nous rencontrons au usa. Un accueil à l’enregistrement très désagréable, nous avions l’impression de le déranger. Enfin nous avons eu deux tarifs sur les 4 nuits passées de 300 dollars à 150 dollars. Au vu de la vétusté de l’hôtel le tarif de 150 dollar est raisonnable et peux justifier les évaluations positives en revanche celui de 300 dollars n’est en rien justifié.

Bon emplacement, mais hôtel vieillissant

Chambre austère, sans salle de bain et peu lumineuse. Malheureusement au vu de la vétusté de l’hôtel nous n’avions pas de wifi, ni de TV à notre étage et aucune des salles de bain ne fonctionnaient, nous avons dû aller nous doucher dans les autres étages. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet proposé !
