Not Recommend! Same price you can find better one

Smelling is bad, room is old but the price is high. I think same price I can live in much better hotel. Breakfast sucks. C/P value is very low. Not recommend.

We stayed at this hotel with kids for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Room, staff amd breakfast all were 5 star. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is very close to the airport as many sight seeing in bombay.

Room requested was non smoking and had notified property of late arrival. Was told my room is not available and was given a smoking room. Requested change and ended up with a room that has peeling paint washroom door that did not close. Bed was not comfortable either. Stained chair and dirty bathroom carpet

Brother lodge than a hotel.

The price we paid for this hotel is only 30% less than what we paid for a 5-Star hotel. The hotel is terrible, no restaurant no lobby nothing. This is more like a brothel lodge than a hotel.

I appreciated the upgrade on my room. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately my driver was treated poorly. He was told there was no parking options by the security guard but then later told that was not true. My room didn't get cleaned on my last day. I felt there was a language barrier. Maybe management could help staff learn more English.

Overall review of hote

Our room had unfinished plaster on the ceiling room 501. Staff were very good but hotel felt a-bit outdated and noisy outside. Ceiling fan is only set to one speed so very noisy. Shower room is good but space felt small for a triple room. The room itself was small and lacked space and comfort. It is a good hotel but needs update, which I doubt will happen

Good hotel very close to the Mumbai international airport. We used it as a stopover hotel for the night before our flight. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very good and as per our expectations. We stayed there with family and felt quite safe. Definitely recommend this hotel.

For overnight stay good location close to the airport. Would be good if there is shower curtain so the remaining part of the washroom floor will not get wet. Lobby was under renovation so the entire ground floor area was quite dusty. Number of eating places close by.

Excellent 3 week stay. Would stay here again

Made my first visit to Mumbai comfortable and enjoyable. I stayed for almost 3 weeks and would definitely do another long stay here. The room was clean, airy, and spacious. Not a luxury hotel, but like a nice middle class home with hot showers, clean linens, good AC. Breakfast was delicious enough that I didn't get tired of it after a few weeks. Sambar especially good. As a new traveler to India I was cautious about food but everything at Planet Residency was fresh and gave me no problems. Staff are friendly and helpful with thorough room cleaning, helping me get a car or autorickshaw, etc. I've already recommended it to colleagues who also stayed here. I will do so again and will quite likely stay here again soon.
