Description on Hotel website is totally misleading. There is no bar or lounge, only a tiny reception area & desk. The room was OK and ours did have view of the raging sea. The website mentions breakfast for £9, but we had to go up to another street to find it in a restaurant.

Great central Brighton location, on the seafront opposite Brighton Beach and Palace Pier. Near many of the Gay bars. Helpful reception staff. Clean modern style room. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is ideally located overlooking the pier, everything is within walking distance. The view of the ocean and the promenade is amazing. However, the staircase smells slightly musty and the furniture is rather worn out. Even so, I recommend the hotel because of its location and the view it offers.
