On arrival, receptionist was onnphone. I stood there 5 minutes. Upon getting her attention, she came to desk. She went on to tell me in passive aggressive, condesending behavior, that there is a bell on door and next time to use that instead of "clearing my throat"...she proceeded to tell me her name was Jaden. Furthermore, the room I felt was not in best condition. There was a hair in sink, bug on bed...Kudos for having Dish network though....would not recommend this hotel

Staff at the front was mostly friendly. The facility was nasty. The second floor smelled like cat piss, the rooms smelled musty and like someone came in and tried to cover up the Oder with spray. The elevator broke down, and at one point, while it was still in use, started going up before the doors even closed.

No house keeping you have to take your towels down to the front desk in exchange them while housekeeping is working and they do not tell you this upon check-in you also have to take your trash to the dumpster yourself which is out back and there is no elevator access at the back of the building this feels more like prison towel exchange then hotel amenities
