First things first! The place looks nothing like the pictures. When we pulled in strange rough looking people were outside staring us down. Once I went to check in the lady at the front desk just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and although I booked a smoking room when I got there they said they don’t offer smoking rooms…. Getting inside the room! The sheets and blankets had stains and burn holes in it, there was black mold in the mini fridge, they hadn’t dusted in forever because cobwebs were on the ceiling, the bathroom shower was filthy, the floors were dirty, AND throughout the stay I fought roaches. The list goes on. But you get what you pay for I guess.

Keycard worked less than a quarter of the time. Few lights worked. Never reached front desk by phone. Bathtub took some Jerry rigging.

Room was apparently not cleaned properly or the maid decided to leave her cigarette butt on the floor. Rooches all over bathroom and gnats woke me up in the am. Horrible is all i can say.

Old building, upkept with a bare minimum budget. Roaches in the room, but no bed bugs. First room I was given didn't have a working air conditioner, the second room smelled of smoke and only had one bed, but the AC was necessary so we took it. Lied to when said that was the only 2 rooms available, clerk jus didn't want to do any more work. Had 3 people registered, only provided 2 pillows and no more were available. Asked for 3rd towel, none available was given a wash clothe and told good luck. People were partying outside our room from 1am-3am smoking weed and drinking heavily. It seems like most of the hotel occupants were using the "weekly rate". Cheap, it kept the rain out, no one tried to get into our room. If you have the money, stay somewhere else. "Beats sleeping in a Walmart parking lot!" - Should be their motto.

I think on day 3 of the stay room services kept trying to come in the room when it wasn't even the day I check out. Out time they had a non employee with them as well

I stayed there as minimally as possible. The bathroom curtain was so disgusting that I did not take a shower. The toilet bowl was terrible . It was dark brown under the seat. There was blood on the wall of the bathroom.I was automatically put in a smoking building because I did not request special account. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The air-conditioner was leaking on the the front corridor and there were filthy rugs in front of each door. The staircase was so dirty I cannot describe it. Either people were puking, peeing or throwing or pouring disgusting things on it. There were roaches crawling in my room.

This hotel was not what the pictures made it look like. In reality there were people drinking on the balconies, in the parking lot. While I was looking for my room someone tried to start a fight with me. I turned my key back in and left. I should be entitled to a refund because I’ve never felt so unsafe in a hotel before. Avoid this place at all costs.

Within minutes of checking in realised this was a bad choice. It’s the first time I have felt unsafe on my trip to US. People hanging around, felt intimidating. The room was awful, it smelt, bugs running around, the sheets were dirty. Yes it’s cheap but never again. I checked out and booked in somewhere else.

The wall had brown stains that looked like someone threw up on it. The bedsheets were stained and smelled like cigarettes. You get what you pay for — but nobody should pay for this. The staff was very kind. But this place needs to be totally renovated. Not worth the $ saved

We checked in and were immediately shocked at the state of the place. We were given a smoking room after a request for nonsmoking. As soon as we got in the room we were met with bugs in the room, a dirty bathroom with more bugs and hair on and under the sheets. We immediately left for dinner and only came back to check out and find anotger hotel. My wife and I did not feel safe and geniunly felt disgusting even walking in. When I checked out the desk clerk was nice and said she would see about getting me a refund since we were only checked in for a few hours.
