很乾淨，很有復古風的一家民宿，雖然衛浴設備不在房間裡，但是，每個房間都有一個名字，是以檳城的街道命名，並對應同樣名稱，專有的衛浴，很特別，也很溫馨。 特別是Check-out了以後，店家知道我們要去逛街，還讓我們把行李先寄放在櫃台，並上鎖，當天晚上很晚，約晚上十點多回去的時候，店家還打電話幫忙叫車，一點都不會不耐煩，真是這次旅遊經驗最好的一家飯店，唯一的小缺點是沒有廚房，所以也沒辦法附早餐. Very clean, very retrom, bathroom equipment although not in the room, but each room has a name, is named after the street in Penang, and corresponds with the same name, proprietary bathroom, very special, but also very warm. Especially after the Check-out, and stores know we're going shopping, but let us first deposit luggage at the counter and locked, late evening, about ten o'clock at night when we go back, the store has to call a cab to help , not at all impatient, really the best travel experience in a hotel, the only small drawback is that there is no kitchen, so there is no way attached breakfast.

非常棒的服务

就在汕头街附近，大概步行15分钟能到。酒店很漂亮，古朴典雅有种让人觉得宁静的感觉，真的像回到了自己的家。酒店的服务人员有一些可以讲中文，会很热情到位地提供帮助，我们半夜12点肚子饿想吃东西，守夜的那位服务人员还亲自给我们带路告诉我们哪里可以吃到好吃的。酒店到处都摆放有香兰叶，不仅味道芳香宜人，更是驱赶蚊虫的利器。水果和咖啡以及饼干任吃，每天还有免费的2瓶饮用水。总体很好，下次去还会住这里

George Town is a culturally and historically rich place, and staying in Kelantan House offers you the opportunity to experience what life was like in Penang in the 18th and 19th centuries. The location is also quiet even if it's right in the middle of the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice environment

It's walking to many nice food. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Should be nice and peaceful during off peak, it's probably more noisy if all rooms are taken up as the place is mostly wood, so walking around will create some noise. Overall, Im very happy staying at Kelantan House.

Beautiful house - must stay place in Georgetown

Super clean and a beautiful heritage house. Our room was very comfortable and even though the bathroom was outside the room we didn’t mind as this was such a great chance to stay somewhere special and unique. Complementary water, coffees and snacks were a nice addition.

Great value in tourist area

Great value and extremely friendly and helpful staff. You can walk to the tourist area or there's a bus stop right outside. Nice tea/coffee/snacks all day long. The only downside is having to bring your key every time you want to use the bathroom.
