Loved my stay at White Caps, not the most luxurious motel in Wildwood but the room was great for what we needed and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a nice kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator, and the beds were king sized which is rare for a motel I’ve ever stayed at. It is a block and a half away from the boardwalk/beach which is amazing. We went in October so it was the off season but the price was unbeatable and they even upgraded our room for free. I will definitely look to stay there again in the future.

Pet & Human Friendly!

The White Caps is pet & people friendly! Kate & her staff: Kat, Bruce, Teresa & others bend over backwards to accommodate & welcome all guests. Any needs or wants any guest request & the staff delivers! The accomodations are clean, comfortable, there are kitchens available & lots of sleeping spots in every room. The rates are family friendly as well & one gets great bang for their buck! It's a lovely & quaint motel/hotel built in 1959 & we love it!

Great location and great front desk. Teresa was so kind and helpful. The place needs some improvements and some things are re done but its just not done very well. My toilet rocked, towels are horrible, and we hate that there is no ice machine! The dog fee is not huge which is great!

The rooms are old but very clean. Employee Teresa was a Gem. Very attentive and accommodating. Only issue AC needs upgraded. Bed was horrible. Springy old mattress. Didnt get any sleep. It was bad. If they upgrade beds it would be perfect.

We have been going to Wildwood and staying at the White Caps motel every summer since 2021 and it has always been a great experience. The motel itself is quite standard, but it’s super close to the boardwalk and in such a convenient location. We also love the pool and the staff at the motel. We’ll be back next year.

Great service. Very nice people.

The staff went above and beyond to make us happy. There were a few hiccups in the rooms. Nothing we couldn't live with. Room 11 the electrical outlets in the middle of the room would not hold a plug. I could, however, plug in my phone on computer by the door. There was also wire behind my toilet after I took a shower. But i'm pretty sure it came from the toilet valve. Not dirty water. Room 9 smelled like bug spray. But it was more updated than room 11. Most of the hotels around were very expensive around three hundred dollars a night. We paid under $200 for this one. So i'm pretty happy with the price versus value. The pool was nice and clean and they even offered to let us keep the parking spots as till three as long as we were out of the rooms by check out time. Free of road parking and they even give us extra towels right away for the pool, because they knew the kids wanted to go swimming. We didn't have a pet but pets were allowed and my room did not smell like pets at all. Lots of people brought their dogs. The rooms had microwave and refrigerators. The a/c was nice and cold It was clean. Ice machine was broken. Still worth 4 stars.

Our room was awful. The layout made no sense and made it hard to not bump into each other every two seconds. The bed was very uncomfortable and poor quality. The toilet’s flushing system was suspect at best and the supplied toilet paper was as thin and flimsy as cotton candy. The only good thing was that the air conditioner did work. Would never stay here again.
