Actually the rating would be higher except that the first two nights of our four night stay they had an issue. The larger and nicer room we had booked and paid for had a maintenance plumbing issue so they switched our room to a much smaller and less equipped room for two nights. No compensation was offered not even a breakfast coupon! They just kept the money and said nothing, not even a verbal apology!

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, a suite que ficamos era bonita e confortável. O atendimento foi bom mesmo a recepção funcionando somente das 9 as 14h, respondem os emails com muita atenção. O quarto não estava perfeitamente limpo e o sinal do wifi dentro do quarto era fraco.

Experiencia incrivel...excelente localizacao, acomodacao impecavel, decorado com muito bom gosto , toalhas e lencois de 1a qualidade, proximo a Trastevere/ponte Garibaldi. e a 15 min. da principal rua de comercio. minha proxima estadia em Roma com certeza sera no Arenula Suites.

The area is great, walkable, safe, close distance to sights and restaurants. The room was clean, internet was fast, I was able to do some work. The only issue I had was the construction going on in the courtyard, annoying. Hard to get to the room and out with luggage. Loved the elevator, and it works great!!!

Very convenient location by the square and walkable to most venues. Tons of shopping, dining and things to do. Very clean and once we found it the assistant was very helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very clear with instructions in terms of finding the property, checking in and out, and a system to ensure our room was cleaned daily. The property is very centrally located without being located in the middle of crowds. The Pantheon, Travis Fountain, and Roman Forum are walkable and Trastevere is an easy walk just across the river. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Rome.

The Arenula Suites is a quaint property. The courtyard is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Arenuela suites! We could not have asked for a better location. Right near the Jewish Ghetto (many restaurants) and walkable to many of the iconic spots in Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and simple. My only small complaint is that the walls were thin so I heard noises from other guests during the night. All in all, great stay
