位置很好，门口就是很热闹的市场，出门步行5分钟就可以到广场。前台热情，前台旁边还有报一日游的柜台，可以讲到和外面街上一样的价格。 早餐略简单不过吃饱没问题，酒店走廊的墙面刷了深粉色和深蓝色的漆很是好看，房间整洁，床品舒适，沐浴的香皂超好用。唯一不足就是没有电梯，请工作人员帮我们把28寸箱子抬上楼的给了小费

Todo maravilloso respecto al hotel y la estancia, lamentablemente hubo un incidente que no nos percatamos a tiempo si no hasta ya estando en otra ciudad. Tomaron de mis pertenencias unos aretes marca Pandora que estaban en una bolsa pequeña color rosa. Me apena que haya pasado eso porque verdaderamente disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el lugar.

Wonderful place to stay!! Recommended 100% wonderful location within walking distance to everything. Staff very attentive and breakfast was amazing. First time in Oaxaca and loved it but having a wonderful place to stay made the trip even better! Will definitely come back and will definitely stay here again!

This was a perfectly adequate stay, not the best, not the worst. The best part is the location. It is within walking distance of many areas of interest. We did not have a problem with the hot water as others have mentioned, however, the water pressure was dismal. It could use with a bit of updating. The bolt lock was a struggle to lock and open and bathroom fixtures were a little loose. The internet was also spotty. The cleaning service could be better and more efficient. We came back to our room around 1pm to rest and they removed the sheets and left. I had to track them down and they finished while we were in the room. Since they don't provide "do not disturb" signs, we had to tell them not to clean the room the next day so we don't run into the same situation.
