Ok but not ok rooms!!

It was an older hotel in updated!! Rooms was not bad just not clean, floor was so nasty our socks were black and my daughter feet was black just pulling off her shoes to get in her bed. The floors were so sticky we mop the floor with wipes we had and it still would not clean it. The beds were ok. No microwave or refrigerator in room. We need a refrigerator for medicine to keep cold. So we did what we could with ice. The hallways smelled bad from cigarettes. The service, they was nice. Just need to clean better and do better.

STAY AWAY! Rude and no customer service

Worst customer service I have ever had. Asked for an extra pilllow wand was told no. Change machine for laundry took money and was told sorry. Had to go get clean towels for second night. STAY AWAY!!

First thing walking into the second door - horrible condition. This place is very run down. Paint all over the place, holes in the bathroom door, filthy shower curtain, HORRIBLE air units (our room never cooled off), carpet in the hallways is absolutely disgusting, so much noise … the smell in the hallway reeked of weed, just gross in all the possible ways. I will NEVER stay here. In fact, we checked out 3 hours after showin up. Never. Never. Never again.

Place look good, but I it didn’t have microwave and refrigerator in the room and this is very important for me, probably was my mistake because I didn't realize before booking here but I figured since it was Motel 6 it should have. Other thing that I didn’t like was the towels, when I used them I noticed that they hadn't been changed and they were dirty, that was very bad.

Well I will start off with what ever cleaners there using are incredibly powerful I will have that scent in my nose for weeks the pluming sucks toilet clogged with my ole ladies pee toilet paper staff is totally unprofessional and most of them live at the hotel they charged me 130 and the room was not even worth 50 bucks would have been better off sleeping in my car
