I booked a suite. The hotel rooms are being renovated and they are quite nice. The meals were very good and dining room service was pleasant and professional. However, housekeeping was hit or miss - I stayed for 1 week. Two days housekeeping showed up, made the bed, replaced the towels, wiped down the vanity (lightly). Two days housekeeping only replaced the towels, did not make the bed nor wipe anything down. Two days housekeeping didn't show up at all. I put out tip money everyday. On the days they did a "full service", they took the tip and left a thank-you note (nice touch - I appreciated that). On one of the days when they only replaced the towels, they left the tip. Obviously, on the days when no one showed, the tip was still there. Not sure what to make of this syncopated housekeeping schedule.......??????
