半價book到，抵住。

位置九曲十三彎先到到，好唔方便，一日有幾班定時免費接駁車，其它時間用接駁車65000印尼盾一程。我哋入住嗰晚停電7次，最後叫電力公司職員來先搞掂。打掃得麻麻地乾淨。廁所浴室在室外，燈光微弱，夜晚去沖涼都驚驚地。酒店職員服務態度都幾好，加分。

Was not happy with our stay unfortunately. Staff were lovely!! But we booked the private villa with private pool and we arrived, our pool was green. We couldn’t swim which was the whole point we booked this room and it was almost $300.00 per night which was steep when we couldn’t swim in it, we asked them about it and they said it was fine but the bottom of the pool was green and you couldn’t see the floor or steps! The last day of our stay it was clear 😭 we noticed someone came and did something with the pump and the next day, our last day it was fine but we still couldn’t swim because we had to check out. Quite frustrating. Breakfast was very mediocre, has to send two breakfasts back because the eggs were cold and it took them half an hour to get them out to us in the first place. Spa is okay but not air conditioned and quite expensive for what it is. The surrounds and feel of this place was nice, very tropical and pretty, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. We also had lots of ants in our room, the water pressure was horrible and the water was cold every time. It also seemed like they weren’t ready for us with no towels in one of the rooms and no cups etc. room service was lovely and cheap, best thing about this place. Once again, staff were also lovely, just a disappointing stay. Not that close to anything either.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren super gut zufrieden. Das Personal ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Nachts um 12 Uhr ist unsere Klimaanlage ausgefallen , sie waren innerhalb von 5 min da und haben sie mit 3 Mann wieder zum laufen gebracht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. They were so quick to book taxis for us when we were unable to get on the shuttle. We were warmly greeted when leaving or arriving to the property. Unfortunately they are let down by the real need for facilities to be upgraded. Also quite out of the way from Ubud so if you want to go into town for the day, it's best to pack for the whole day. Food was average at the resort. My friend tried the breakfast one morning and only managed 2 bites.

Villa was not available and we were moved to another place. The owner was very helpful but at the new place, we were not able to get support and access to equipment to have dinner at the villa and the communication with the hotel did not work. Bad service but beautiful place and surroundings. We also had 2 bottles of champagne for new years disappear and did not hear back from the staff after we left about the issue even though they promised to get back to us.

This was a wonderful experience! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort offers a lot of services like the pool breakfast and flower bath known to Bali. Only thing to be aware is that the free breakfast is very limited with options.

최고의 스태프들과 과거에 영광을 누렸을것 같은 웅장한 숙소. 사진과 동일하지만 많이 낙후되어있음! 그래고 친절한 스태프 들과 넓은 정원과 시설 합리적인 가격 덕분에 어느정도 전부 수용가능한데 화장실은 조금 무섭습니다… 화장실 리모델링만 되면 완벽할듯 합니다! 발리 여행동안 다양한 지역과 숙소에 머물렀는데 스태프들은 최고로 친절하며 최고로 도움이 되었습니다. 영어도 잘해 아주 명확한 커뮤니케이션까지 스태프 점수 100점 드립니다!

J'avais été étonné des quelques commentaires très mauvais sur cet établissement et j'ai préféré me fier aux nombreux bon commentaires pour réserver cet hotel, j'aurais jamais du ! Cet établissement est catastrophique, on nous a donné une chambre qui n'avait rien à voir avec la chambre que nous avions réservé. La piscine ressemblait plutot à une patogeoire mal entretenue, l'eau était trouble et jamais je n'y aurais mis un pieds dedans ! La baignoire était jaune de crasse, de saleté, c'était immonde. Les draps du lit étaient tachés d'excréments d'animaux, comment l'hotel a t'il pu croire un instant que nous allions accepter la chambre sans rien dire ? Nous sommes arriver à cet hotel à 23h00 heure de BALI, impossible de joindre le service client hotel.com à cette heure ci et compte tenu du décollage horaire. Nous avons donc décidé de refuser de prendre la chambre et avous séjourné dans un autre établissement. Aujourd'hui Hotel.com refuse de me rembourser les 455 euros de location et prétend depuis 5 mois etre en attente d'une réponse de l'établissement. Celui ci ne répondra jamais et celà veut dire que je ne serais jamais remboursé ? Hotel.com continue de proposer cet hotel sur son site c'est honteux car les photos sont trompeuses et ne reflètent en aucun cas la réalité.
