Staff and management are amazing. The property is clean, well maintained and safe. I work in hospitality doing financial auditing and I am impressed with the customer service and professionalism here! We are in town getting medical care at Mayo, being less than ten minutes away from Mayo campus has been so convenient and I could not be happier with my experience at the property.

Pizza hut is nearby , has a washer and dryer $3 for each no change machine and was told 3-5 days for security deposit to be returned had to call today for them to manually push it thru another 3-5 days it's ridiculous

They were very accommodating to my health needs, the managers gave us helpful information on, shopping, eating, and getting around town.

Ive stayed here twice now due to multiple visits to mayo clinic and the guy remembered me. Both times I got an earlier check in and they are very nice. Rooms are clean but shower had a few places that were stained. Otherwise great place for the price

Very good customer service very respectful and they also do currently checks a kill while after your check in to make sure everything is good to go. And the rooms are so nice new and very comforting. I would recommend this place to anyone.
